Vacation rentals with breakfast in Arenella

We are so grateful to Paolo for everything, very helpful, kind host! 🥰 The location of the apartment is unbeatable! The sea is only 20 meters from the entrance, if you are there, I highly recommend having your morning coffee on the beach. We had fabulous experiences at this place, so if we return to Ortigia, which is for sure, we would only like to stay here again. It's also unbeatable in value. The layout of the apartment itself was also completely comfortable with two small children, so it's perfect for smaller families. The amenities listed are all found and working with no issues. Overall, I'm extremely grateful to find Paolo's house and spend 4 wonderful days there. 🥰❤️ I can't wait to come back!

The flat is connected to main house but it has its own entry. We spent there only one night, but flat was comfy and clean. It has an interesting design but in good way. We had inside parking. The owners are very kind.

Daniela and Corrado are amazing hosts. They multiply attention and are always responsive and accommodating in case of any problem. The accommodation is very nice and well equipped. The rooftop allows you to enjoy beautiful evenings with barbecue and stunning views of the sea and the Little Beach of Calabernardo. During our stay we were able to enjoy the beautiful seabed of the surroundings by snorkeling, discover the authenticity of the restaurant Al Vecchio Melo a few meters from the apartment and go to the towns of Noto, Syracuse and Marzamemi!

The apartment is spacious, very clean and in a good location. Massimiliano was available and friendly and nice little detail: the table was already set for our breakfast, with copious groceries available. Thank you very much!

Very cosy and cute villa, would definitely recommend. Has all the necessary things and the little touches make a difference (there was a wine bottle and some cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us). You will definitely need a car to get around and be aware that the entrance to the villa is narrow so if you have a bigger car it might be a bit tricky. Overall the villa was nice and we felt at home straight away.

We spent two nights in this beautiful cottage in Augusta and it was a really nice and pleasant experience. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, we immediately felt at home. The house was very clean, with attention to detail, equipped with every comfort – indeed, even more than we imagined! – it was a real pleasure to experience it. A perfect place to relax and enjoy some tranquility. We had a great time and would definitely be back!

Well-renovated apartment, clean and cozy, with parking space. In a neighborhood not close to the center but can be reached in 10 minutes by car and close to a large supermarket. A helpful and welcoming host. We recommend it

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Everything as per the description but one point worth noting. The internet access was outstanding. Basically 800 mb down and 300 mb down. Absolutely fantastic connection is you're having a working vacation and need access to video meetings and large files.

This is an amazing apartment, very modern with a full kitchen, living room and bedroom on the main floor; main bedroom upstairs and studio up a second set of stairs, both with glass flooring that makes it feel very spacious. It is situation on the far end of Ortigia where it's both a little quieter and still right in the heart of everything, steps to restaurants and the beach. There are great views from all the rooms. Be aware that there are three flights of stairs to get up to the apartment, and within the apartment the stairs up to the bedroom and studio area are a little tricky to navigate. Lucia was a great host, very active in making sure we knew all about the apartment and responsive in getting us a second set of keys. My wife and I will definitely try to stay at this apartment again when we get back to Ortigia.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped flat in a charming mountain town. A kind and helpful host. I recommend! Sicily from a different perspective than the sea and the beach :)

We came for the Flower Festival and the location was convenient for walking. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen for cooking and the large, sunny terrace.

Andrea & Daria were great hosts. Our Italian is fairly poor, so it was great to have hosts with great English skills to tell us about the area, their farm, talk about Sicily, help enjoy our time in the region and book us into great restaurants (Andrea even helped us deal with an unfortunate dodgy credit card drama involving a rental car company). Our room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. For us the stay was not really about the accommodation as such (which was great), rather it was that we had great experiences sharing. Andrea had a pizza night and involved us in the experience (great to see the oven and kitchen in action). Andrea is a true B&B host, seems to love sharing, talking and helping guests. I think that is the key to what makes B&B Vinciucci so great. Plus breakfast was pretty awesome as well :)

We loved our stay at Tiziana's place! It was such a BEAUTIFUL property with lovely accommodations. Tiziana was super responsive and helpful and very accommodating of our schedule. We would recommend to anyone hoping to explore Siracusa (~20 minutes) or Catania (~20 minutes).

This was a really nice clean place. Roberto was very nice host and super responsive! Wonderful views from the window and the terrace. Absolutely wonderful water in the ocean… although there’s no beach, you can walk on the rocks a bit and find a wonderful little pool to get in and enjoy!!! Great place! And very good breakfast too!

Valentino is very responsive and welcoming, the apartment is large and is just behind a small beach . We slept very well thanks to good bedding! The staff on site is lovely and the breakfast is excellent! Thank you so much!

Charming and beautiful place, charming and beautiful people. Olga and Vivien are two of the loveliest people you could ever meet. The place is in an idyllic settling, peaceful and tranquil. Breakfast is different every day and is always exceptional. Olga always cooks something delicious and there is always plenty of fresh fruit and homemade jam. The guests all sit together at breakfast and so there is always good conversation. There are many animals; horses, dogs and cats and they are an added bonus. Olga's recommendations of place to eat are very good. We loved it so much we will definitely return next year.

Staying at Marta's beautiful, modern house was just fantastic. The rooms were clean and stylishly furnished, and the pool offered a perfect way to refresh in the picturesque surroundings. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast, lovingly prepared by Marta and Fabio. The landscape around the house is breathtaking and invites you to relax and discover. Marta was super friendly, communication was quick and straightforward. I am particularly grateful for the many helpful tips and suggestions to explore the area. I will definitely return!
