We needed a place last minute to break up a drive from an unexpected trip to the South. Benny was super helpful and accommodating, and his apartment is lovely. The apartment is a sweet oasis and very comfortable, and it was just what we needed. Thanks Benny!

Quiet and cozy location, the apartment is spacious and clean, a courtyard rich in greenery and activity for children, in the apartment games and varied possibilities for spending time in the apartment in case of need and just for formulation. Rina and Yossi are smiling, kind and pleasant. Thanks

Regularly come to Beersheva for work. This was the first time staying at Yaaqov's apartment. Far and away the best place I have stayed to date. Big spacious and bright apartment with a nice balcony. Absolutely everything needed is in the apartment - huge numbers of little extras all over: coffee machine, milk foamer, washer/dryer, plenty of pillows/blankets/sheets... The assigned parking spot is covered and private. About a 25 minute walk to Ben Gurion University. Two malls, a large grocery store, a bakery, Asian food store and many other shops in very close walking distance. Yaaqov was always available to answer any question. Just a great place. Will absolutely stay here again next time I am coming to town. Indeed, I booked the apartment for an additional 3 weeks because it was so nice and convenient.
