Visit Manresa Beach from a Tranquil Home

Upstairs is an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen, and 1/2 bath with decks on both sides - one for morning coffee, the back deck for sunset viewing. The first level has 2 separate bedrooms, each with queen beds, and one bathroom with tub/shower and a connecting one car garage. Washer/dryer is located in the garage. Guests have access to the whole property with also includes a fenced yard, decks off the bedrooms, and a children's tree house. I live nearby and will be available by phone to answer any questions or concerns. Set beside picturesque farm fields in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the house is located in La Selva Beach. Manresa State Beach is a short walk away, as is the shorelife at Ellicott Slough National Wildlife Refuge.

We are 10-15 minutes up the mountain and partially off-grid with little to no cell reception but with a great WiFi connection. Stay with us and hear the ocean sounds from your rooms. Our 5 Star apartment is a spacious, totally self contained private area with it's own side entrance attached to the main house. It is over 610 square feet with 4 separate rooms and French doors leading to our back garden with areas to relax. We are a short walk to the beach along Monterey Bay. By car you will be half way between Santa Cruz and Carmel by the Sea for shopping, dining or entertainment with many beaches to visit in between.
