Beautiful old Corsican family home in the countryside of Ajaccio, within a large property. Large volumes and unique character. Assets: a covered and shaded terrace, a large courtyard with two barbecues and a table with a view of the maquis and mountain. Games to share with the owners (table tennis, pétanque, badminton, basketball…). Very interesting location: the quietness of the countryside five minutes from downtown. Quick access to the road that leads to Capo di Feno beach without traffic jams.
