We had a really good time in a comfortable house and a stone's throw from Albus Alpacas !

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! My partner and I spent a beautiful New Year's Eve in Sere and Sara's apartment... the apartment was very nice, well furnished, very clean and equipped with all the comforts... it is also a stone's throw from the main square and the fortress of Manciano, a beautiful medieval village of the Maremma... we highly recommend it

our booking paid off our expectations, every detail booked corresponded to what we found, Elisa then distinguished herself immediately with responsiveness and in simplifying our check-in as much as possible, an area that was great for us for scheduled trips. Elio is just such a fantastic host anyone could wish for, warm, friendly, kind, caring and very responsive. We were grateful for a flexible arrival because of a long journey and Elio warmly welcomed us in person, helped us with our luggage, spoiled us with a bottle of wine and his generosity throughout our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is spacious, bright and modern yet with delicate touches that bring up the old fashioned feel of Italy, very clean, comfortable beds, good wifi, well equipped kitchen. On some days we also enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping on our coffee simply enjoying the atmosphere and soaking up the sun :-) Elio gave us lots of recommendations for the area and we enjoyed our countryside and vineyard walks, as well as just strolling through charming streets of the town, exploring nearby places, wine tasting etc. We loved our stay very much that I hope we will return to stay at Elio’s place again.

A wonderful place to stay I wish we could have stayed longer. Situated in a magnificent location with unique views and wonderful architecture. This place is sure to visit again and again. Wonderful welcome basket and helpful information to get around. Highly recommended

Perfect location, very close to the sea and a quarter of an hour from the center. The house perfectly reflected the description and we had no trouble finding parking. In particular, Spartacus, the owner's son, was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Stefano's apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean and tidy, kitchen equipped with everything you need and in an excellent location to reach the nearby Porto Santo Stefano on foot or to go hiking. Stefano is very punctual, precise and kind. Great stay

We had a great time! The place is beautiful, surrounded by olive trees and very relaxing. The pool is beautiful and the area is lovely. Alessandro was very hospitable, he made us find everything perfect and gave us a bottle of wine produced by them, very good! Renato is super helpful and nice. Unforgettable stay!!

First of all, I would like to emphasize the availability and courtesy of the people who welcomed us. The farm is quite close to places of interest and at the same time well isolated because it is above a hill... ideal! The property is spacious and well organized in two blocks and this ensures calm and privacy. The apartment is very nice, rustic and cozy.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

the house is very clean and very welcoming with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI statue. Luciana was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to best visit the area. the house is comfortable and equipped with everything even chargers on the nightstand. Vitorchiano, already beautiful in itself, is an excellent solution for visiting Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its ghost village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we treasured and that made our stay even more interesting. highly recommended

Love love love Montepulciano and Monica’s place is an ideal location to experience the area. The apartment was cozy, clean and has beautiful views! Love this stay!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!
