Townhome vacation rentals in Annecy

We had a very nice stay at Alice and family's house. The house is very nicely located, within walking distance of Annecy. It was a great fit for us with young children, who loved the playground in the garden and to borrow some of the toys for Alice's children. Alice had prepared everything for a nice stay and even though her information was in French (which we only speak a little) it went just fine with Google Translate. Recommended!

Very nice and very well-equipped house, allowing you to be comfortable even for 8 people. With a chicken coop and a cat offering friendly animation. The environment is peaceful. The only downside is that the distances to the lake indicated in the listing are a little undervalued. It takes 20 minutes to walk into the old town and a 45-minute walk to reach the Imperial Beach. The bus station is on the other hand, very close and makes it possible to shorten travel times (bus every 1/4 hour in summer allowing you to be at the beach in 30 minutes door to door).

Perfect location to do anything on foot. Access to the Flumet Basin on foot by a small path with a lovely view. A functional and nice apartment. Thanks to Nathalie for her quick response. Recommended.

Charming little house very close to the lake and a 2.5 km walk from the city center of Annecy along the lake. Spacious and bright living room. Very pleasant little garden. Two bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom accessible in one of the bedrooms. Great for the family. We'll be back:)

Small problem at the start quickly resolved with kindness from our host I would recommend it without hesitating

Hervé was very friendly as a host and sent all the necessary information to us in a timely manner and asked if we needed anything else. The apartment is in the middle of the historic center and we were able to reach the lake in 15/20 minutes. We also walked to the Cinepark that was just open during our stay. The spa park is practically 2 minutes from the apartment as well as all shops, groceries and the Office de Tourisme. Aix-les-Bains was a perfect starting point for trips to Geneva, Annecy, Lovagny, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and Chambéry. A beautiful area... Since the outside temperatures were far above 30 degrees, the air conditioning in the apartment was a real blessing... Thanks for a great week to Hervé

As always, my stay at Michel's La Galerie Privée was wonderful from start to finish. This is now officially my home away from home, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Michel is a very responsive and considerate host, and the apartment is always pristine. A dream of a stay -- do not sleep on the seasonal, homemade preserves!

we stayed for New Year's Eve. Saai was always helpful and friendly. The area is great for getting around Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix. 4km from the accommodation there is the Anemassy station from which you can take the trains to the various locations. Recommended!!!

Elvis is a very pleasant person. We communicated well. The accommodation was great despite the fact that we arrived during a period of construction (we had been warned). If improvements were needed, it would be that there is only one bathroom and more comfortable bedding.

Despite our short stay, we were seduced by the house and Maxime's hospitality! Once past the door of the residence, we quickly felt that we would be at home!! We won't forget the friendly welcome and the wise advice of our host and his relatives. We therefore recommend this accommodation 99% of the time; the remaining 1%: it's only to challenge Maxime to do even better ;-))

RAS! A very relaxing and pleasant stay, we just had to put our bags down. The house is clean, bed sheets, towels available and a very nice decoration! Easy access to the lake on foot. Hosts are responsive, Very satisfied, thank you.

Cyril is a very attentive host and gentleman. I stayed one night at his place, it was very cozy and quiet. It is located on a quiet street in Montmélian, in an old house full of charm, completely renovated with great taste. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom, and you can use anything you need. Cyril is really warm and welcoming! Too bad I only stayed one night — if I get the chance, I'll come back without hesitation. Thank you again!

We are fully satisfied with our stay: the house is beautiful and spacious, very well located, it has private parking, the vegetable garden is large and pleasant, the amenities are numerous (bikes, ping pong table, barbecue, children's playroom, TV bouquets, etc.), many tour guides are available, the hosts are reachable in case of need, very responsive and welcoming. In addition, Aix-les-Bains and its surroundings offer many activities, walking or boat rides, hikes and visits for families. The lakes are plentiful, clean and refreshing.

Had a great time at Patrice and Christelle's. The accommodation is as described, spacious, clean, warm, very well arranged and equipped! Enough to make you feel at home!! The ski slopes are about a 20-minute drive, the city center and amenities are 5 minutes away. Patrice and Christelle were very responsive to our requests, always available to advise us on the surroundings and good tips for progressing on the slopes. All the best to you and the athletes in the family ;-) We'll be back with pleasure to Sallanches.

Very clean, functional apartment. Soundproofed rooms, separate from each other and from the common room. A very positive point is the floor that separates the night side from the bottom.

very responsive host, effective in their communication and very professional. Despite a last-minute incident that could have canceled the rental, the hosts made themselves very available to make sure to host us in the best conditions and as expected. i would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfy, great place to spend holidays with kids - they were happy to have a dedicated play room with plenty of toys and even costumes while the adults appreciated the quiet time on the deck. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Romain contacted us in advance asking if we had any specific needs, offered us beach towels on top of bath ones. On arrival he showed us the house explaining everything, gave us information about what to do in the area, covering all the possible questions, so we had nothing left to ask. Would definitely come back!
