Place is as shown in the pictures. Malcom is a great host and was helpful with all the queries we had. Walking distance to the beach but at night the path is not well lit. Has lots of good restaurants and cafes around. Great location. Only issue I would say is we found couple of lizards and a cockroach in the kitchen. When brought to the notice of Manoj, the caretaker, he said they come via gaps in the tiles on the roof and can't be avoided. Apart from that all was good. Recommended for sure.

We had an amazing time at this property! The booking process was a breeze, and the host provided clear directions to the house, making our arrival a stress-free experience. The house itself was immaculate and perfectly situated for exploring nearby attractions. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with essentials like milk, eggs, and bread, which was a lovely touch. The terrace area was the highlight – a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Cezar is an absolute Gentleman and the caretaker was very helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful. Amidst greenery, gives a fantastic view of sunset @Anjuna right from the stay. the place was very neat and clean. We'll definitely revisit.
