We had a great time! Even though Property is located in gated society, one would get enough privacy & comfort to enjoy in your property! Talking about the host Shreya.. Shreya was welcoming and was always there for queries & doubts. Hosts are responsive and available.. Self-check in option was also pretty convenient. Overall would definitely recommend!!

my first visit to Gao that too with family would not have been memorable without having a beautiful stay in Ankits cottage 1bhk.. awesome location in Goa and home is ultimate .my kid likes playing in pool as well and wrote letter to Ankit to show gratitude.

Room was quite clean and located in peaceful place.

The place looked just the pictures. Perfect for long term stay with all amenities you could need. Very spacious and one of the better Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Sagar was quick to respond and very helpful.

Excellent service and clean house

I liked the pre-checkin instruction and communication from the host. Host was very responsive to all queries. The 2bhk apartment was really comfortable with all required amenities. You need to get your own vehicle or on rent for travel ease across the surroundings Few things that can be improved from my perspective are 1- A/C in one of the bedroom was not cooling as required 2- Water was not collecting in the bath tub which was disappointment beacuse my daughter waa looking forward for it 3- Lastly a gas stove in the kitchen would be really convenient instead of electric Overall we liked the place and had a really good time as family. I would definitely recommend the apartment instead of hotel room

Had a great stay at this comfortable property. All the amenities were as mentioned and good. The host Nikhita is also very kind and responded promptly. Overall, a good experience.

Myself and 8 friends had a fantastic stay during our time in Candolim. The receptionist staff were so helpful in recommendations and taxi organisation and the cleaning staff kept the villa incredibly clean. The villa was beautiful with stunning decor, it was clean and the amenities were great. Highly recommend for both friends or families! The villa is also located in a private complex which is very safe, it is a short trip from several beaches and local restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend more!

It was very great experience staying at Rajendra’s place. It is more beautiful and cozy than pictures. Very spacious. Neat n clean kitchen, rooms and bathroom. The only issue was with bedsheet which was pale yellow color. Rest everything was best. Easy to find. Right in front of Anjuna Police station and police checkpoint. Very safe place

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 4BHK villa! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. The private jacuzzi was a highlight — perfect for unwinding in the evenings. We also enjoyed the common pool, which was clean and never too crowded. On my recent trip to Goa, out of the 10 days, I wanted to stay in Saltamontes for 3. However, I ended up staying the entire 10 days, and that’s entirely thanks to Abhishek and the brilliant crew. They went out of their way to make everything as effortless as possible. I would genuinely recommend this place. Besides the rooms being clean and tidy, the ambience of the place is beautiful and the events hosted here are so inclusive and exciting. 10/10, it’s hard to find such places and people ♥️

The place is amazing. It has a unique beachfront location. Quiet privacy. It feels like a home and do not hesitate to ask host for local recommendations. It’s magical in person with the sound of waves and sublime views of the ocean, breathtaking beach life and an invitation to chill with family and friends. In addition to all magnificence and beauty the property was well supplied and equipped beyond our expectations.

We came to Goa with a few friends to celebrate a special occasion, and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. This spot near Candolim Beach was such a gem! The rooms were super cozy with really nice vibes, good Wi-Fi, TV, and super clean bathrooms—which we really appreciated. The location is also a big win—just a short walk/drive to Candolim Beach, and really close to some great food joints and supermarkets. Everything we needed was right around the corner. Needless to say, you have blinkit instamart available as well. The swimming pool was awesome too—well maintained and just perfect for chilling and having fun. Huge shoutout to Aankita, our amazing host! She’s a true Superhost—super helpful, always responsive, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Good locality and stay. We have stayed 5 days with 15 months old kid. We have got enough support for Host Hitesh and manager Devendar. They are always available and approachable for any support.

Nandan is friendly and responsive, which is great. A box of cookies on the house from the host was a lovely touch. A spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood with huge balconies, which I love. All amenities provided for a relaxing outing. Only the apartment does not have grocery stores or eateries in close proximity. A vehicle is a must for ease of movement.

Host was very welcoming. Rooms were as listed. Walkable distance from Calangute beach.

We absolutely loved our stay there. The watchman said they had no idea as to what Nistula is so we initially thought we'd come to the wrong place, but on contacting them they reverted immediately and we were greeted for check in. At check in they gave us some super refreshing and cold coconut juice which hit the spot perfectly. the staff helped us with our bags and made check in very smooth. throughout the staff was very courteous and prompt. tea was good, fruit plate quantity and quality was good. the pool was clean and we had a great time, they actually tried helping us find things we can play with in the pool. check out was also super easy and timely. wifi worked great and they had Netflix which was awesome. they were also very sweet about our room cleaning and our stuff was safe even though we were not present when the staff cleaned our room. all in all loved the stay and would return.

best stay in Baga area

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place.
