Family-friendly vacation rentals in Anguillara Sabazia

We have returned to this apartment and will definitely return (we have already made the reservation). Excellent location (near the subway, supermarket, church...), clean apartment, everything ready for our two-week stay. Perfect communication - absolutely no problem. Highly recommended.

Great location and great spot

Emanuele was very communicative and Cristina has good advices for city of Rome. We felt like it was our second home. Owner was always at disposal. We were 2 adults and 3 children. Recommended.

Maurizzio's apartment complies with everything stated in the notice. There was also soap for the washing machine and dishwasher. Close to the Vatican and the train station. Bus on the corner. Thank you, Maurizio. He was always in touch. I recommend staying in this apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in Rome! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—tucked away on a charming street, yet just steps from all the major sights, cafes, and gelato shops. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Our host was also incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. Waking up each morning and stepping out into the heart of Rome was a dream. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Eternal City!

We are a family of four and had ample space to be comfortable. The Piazza della Toretta location is fantastic. Walkability to many locations can't be beat. The neighborhood itself is fantastic. We would definitely stay again upon a return to Rome.

I absolutely loved our stay at Francesca’s place. She was very kind, met us at the apartment and supplied us with snacks after our long travel day. She is very responsive and will help you with anything you need. FABULOUS location!!

Super helpful host, very quiet location five minutes from the historic center

The Apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Edoardo was very accommodating and helpful with the flexible check-in. We we're 6 adults and felt very welcomed ! The kitchen was well equipped and the rooftop terrace is also really nice to have. The city center (old town) is a bit far but easy to reach by bus or subway in around 30-40 minutes (depending on the traffic) but therefore the Apartments surroundings are very quite and safe. Edoardo is a good choice 😊

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

The apartment's location is unparalleled, literally one block from the Colosseum and very close to all the other attractions. Pamino is very friendly and the access is very easy. Highly recommend.

Staying with Paolo was great. A large, clean apartment with a beautiful, large terrace, functional kitchen and bathroom. Very efficient wifi. Paolo was a great host, quick to respond to messages, very helpful, equipped the apartment with basic groceries before our stay, and it was great! Thanks Paolo!

We had a very nice stay at Giuliana’s, very central to the main attractions. She was very accommodating and responsive to any questions. We’re late in our arrival and her assistant was waiting for us for the check-in. We highly recommend this place!👏🏻

Definitely worth considering this location if you want to feel like you are in a less touristy part, where locals eat, meet and live. It's not too far to walk to the centre or the colloseum and is between two beautiful basilicas. There is a metro stop about 5 mins walk, you are near to termini as well. The apartment is large and has all amenities. It's clean and light. Alvise is a great host with helpful advice and put us in touch with a company to arrange airport transfers which was super easy. Lots of coffee places and pizzerias nearby as well as an Irish pub and Chinese nextdoor. Can be noisy, but we didn't mind. All in all, I think it's a great option.

Had a lovely 3 night stay at Luca's. Apartment was beautiful and as described, well located and offered a peaceful space for us. We walked everywhere in Rome during our stay. Luca and Sofia were very responsive and helpful from booking to check out. Would thoroughly recommend!

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Cosy apartment with real fire

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

We had a great stay. There were lots of public transport options to get into central Rome, plenty of nice restaurants in the area and it was so great to have the pool to cool off in! Thank you!

Domus's place was immaculate, beautiful, and situated in a breathtaking location. The host was kind and helpful. It is a great place to book if you are interested in staying near Rome, but away from the crowds.
