A very convenient and beautiful spot in Ladispoli! My daughter and I enjoyed the peace and quiet here after a long trip from the US. It was walkable, clean, and had every amenity we needed.

Stay here!! It's well-worth the money. Very cute and has anything you'd need. Just know the main bed is on the second level of the loft (need to climb some stairs) and the sofa in the living room converts into another double bed that can sleep 2. Make sure the hot water tank in the bathroom is left at ON always otherwise you'll have to wait for the water to heat up before you can take a hot shower.

Great experience, well located apartment, close to the sea and all the essential amenities. Well-equipped house, the only flaw is the absence of curtains on the windows and mosquito nets. Host available.

Unquestionably available owner, very well-kept apartment! It is immersed in the heart of the village of Anguillara, a stone's throw from the center and the lake, as well as all amenities! Perfect stay!!!

Laura and her husband where amazing hosts. Very responsive and very smooth check in and check out process. The apartment was ideal for our family of six and our car. There is a cafe, a pizza place, a supermarket and more walking distance from the location. everything was clean, different options for coffee (Nescafé machine and a mokka pot). would definitely recommend for families.

This is the cutest beach house! Looks identical to the pictures. The hosts are so thoughtful about every detail and have a beautiful standard for quality and cleanliness. Our family felt immediately at home. And the beach access is incredible! It’s the perfect way to end your trip before flying out…so close to the airport! Thank you so much Sun and Sand! The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and the Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

I loved my stay here! The bikes were super convenient for trips to the beach and local stores. Just a heads-up, the WiFi can be a bit unreliable if you’re working from home. Other than that, I was really happy with my experience. The host was friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. We can only recommend the apartment. The area is very quiet, the sea is very close, a 2-minute walk. The climate is great. We spend a wonderful time at Andreas cozy appartment. It has nice little details which made us feel home and Andrea was very kind and attentive.

We passed the May 1st bridge at Elisa's place. The apartment is very clean and inside we found clear and detailed instructions that made our stay more comfortable. The plus are amenities like the dishwasher and the washer-dryer. The rooms are comfortable and furnished with care and style. Finally, our host was present and available. We highly recommend it.

we were very satisfied, the house was clean and well furnished the fridge was already on when we arrived as well as there was soap and sponge for dishes or detergent for the washing machine, the house was already livable immediately and this thing for a short stay was of great value to us. it was also nice to be welcomed on arrival (they also helped us with our luggage and provided useful information for our vacation). there are certainly more luxurious solutions but within this price range I think the value for money is excellent. there was also air conditioning with double split and a nice sofa with a garden table on the balcony. the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. also excellent is the proximity of a supermarket and other shops within a minute's walk
