We call this room The Forge. It is a separate annex room (albeit attached to the house) with a flagged floor perfect for anyone wanting to be away from the main house. As with all the other rooms all the luxuries are laid out for you, a beautiful bathroom with a double shower and luxury towels are ready for you. Our Full English breakfast is cooked fresh each morning and to your liking. We serve continental and cater for vegetarians. Welcome to my quirky cozy home which is occupied by myself, and 2 cats . You will stay in our small but comfy box room with shared bathroom opposite. Towels provided. Kitchen may be used to heat up food and make drinks although tea tray also in bedroom. Small seating area off kitchen to use during your stay if required. Living room is our private space. No tv in room but excellent wifi for your phones/laptops, radio and a small selection of books.

A lovely victorian home in leafy Oxton, 10 minutes away from Liverpool city centre by car, 5 minute walk for the Liverpool bus or 15min walk to the liverpool loop where a train arrives every 5minutes. Or you could get the bus down to the famous ferry across the mersey. There is a single bed guest room. There is also the lounge area with a couch that turns into a double bed. Parking permits are not needed to park on the street outside.
