Lovely, spacious , well appointed cottage in lovely village. Spa shop and pub very close. Although on a main road in the village we found it quiet in the cottage. Very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

Gorgeous cottage inside and out Owners are on site but you wouldn’t notice. The swimming pool area felt like we were on holiday Hot tub, built in BBQ area and lots of outdoor space

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s charming cottage. Its quirky character—from the low beams to the slanting floors—added so much charm and authenticity, giving us a real sense of the place’s history. The tasteful seaside theme throughout the cottage beautifully complemented its unique aesthetic. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We even found a screwdriver to fix a wobbly coffee table—quite the bonus! The outdoor space was delightful, with multiple seating options to enjoy the fresh air. Kevin was an excellent host: friendly, responsive, and helpful. The cottage was also easy to find. All in all, a memorable and cozy getaway.

Had an absolute wonderful stay in this central, but a bit hidden gem! This Airbnb is located in a quiet area where everything within the city centre is reachable by a max. 20 min. walk. Justin was very supportive to facilitate everything based on our needs. The rooms are very spacious and we had everything we needed. Big advantage to have that many bedrooms and bathrooms. While we ate in the city everyday, the kitchen is huge and perfect to cook meals for large groups. Had a great time overall, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful house, perfect for a group of fifteen friends and family. All of the bedrooms were very generously sized with their own bathrooms, which were a godsend when we were all getting ready to go out at the same time! The two large reception rooms, dining room and dining kitchen meant there was plenty of room to socialise, but also to find our own space if we wanted. The garden was a lovely surprise - much larger than expected with plenty of seating on the patio, a decent sized lawn and a covered bbq area. The whole house was clean, well presented, super cosy and with all the amenities we needed. The train station was just a few minutes walk away with a regular service to Liverpool and Southport and also an easy stroll to the beach and town. The hosts, Catherine, Paul and Claire were lovely, with great communication, a warm welcome and a generous ‘hamper’. Thank you!

David has a great place and is a great host. We rented the place for a big family Christmas and it was perfect.

A nice house to stay in, a bit unfamiliar with the local area and did feel unsure on leaving motorcycles outside the premises, but was assured with cctv, clear communication and a quick response. Julia is an excellent host with a cosy place to stay if you’re wanting to be in Liverpool without the hustle and bustle.

Our family of 6 stayed for a week and were relieved to have a room & bathroom on the ground floor for our 87year-old grandmother (which is very rare in the UK). The bathrooms were small, but we were more grateful that each room had a bathroom for our very hectic family 😅 The home was truly beautiful and convenient from the outdoor seats in the backyard to the well equipped kitchen! The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and always made us feel right at home! Our family is truly grateful for the wonderful stay since without you, we wouldn’t have brought our grandmother to the UK for our family reunion 🙏🏽 Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this very well kept house, only 3 mins walk to the shops and a couple of pubs with first class food. We will definitely be using this air B&B again that’s for sure. Great communication with the owners all the way through. 5 stars

New build so the place was amazing and easily accommodated 5 adults. With 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and 1 extra toilet spread over three levels we all had our own spaces. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine made it feel like home. Dean was very responsive and accommodated our request for early entry. The house was spotless when we arrived. I highly recommend this house when you next visit Formby.

Fab stay. Lovely home, very spacious and clean - the pictures are very accurate. Nice neighbourhood and close to the beach. Very responsive and helpful host. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again soon.

Greg's place is the perfect family or friends meeting place. 3 shower rooms (& a bath), 4 decent sized bedroom and an impressively equipped kitchen. Even non stick pans that are actually non stick (A rare find) The house was immaculately clean and clutter free. Plenty to occupy yourselves with the snooker table, table football and darts. Also lots of games for all ages in the 'secret' playroom. A private garden with an abundance of outdoor furniture, though we were too busy to benefit from it. Also plenty of off road parking for lots of cars. Greg was really helpful, responding incredibly quickly to any questions that I had. Thank you for a great stay Greg, Debbie B

Used this property for a base whilst doing some work in the area. Great place, just as described and no faults to mention at all, host was responsive and friendly, gave great easy to follow instructions so would recommend and book again if in the area.
