As with all the other rooms all the luxuries are laid out for you, a beautiful bathroom with a double shower and luxury towels are ready for you. A warm & welcoming homely Victorian cottage set amongst old fisherman cottages in a quiet road 5 min walk from the train station. A lovely spacious room awaits. A shared bathroom. Very close to supermarket, shops, fishmonger,bars and restaurants. The beach is a few minutes' walk away as is The Royal Liverpool Golf Club,Hoylake Sailing School & the beautiful Hilbre Island about an hour's walk. The Cheshire Oaks Outlet village is a 30 min drive. so, shop till you drop and come back here to relax.

Rural location with double room & private bathroom

Our room is ideal for couples or for single occupancy. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. If required, continental breakfast is available by arrangement.

Come and stay with us in our newly decorated rooms in our large home, one king size bed with stylish en-suite shower room, one twin beds with own bathroom. We’re in a quiet suburb of Liverpool, 20 minutes drive from the centre, ten minutes stroll to the main bus route to Liverpool or Southport, free off-road parking at the front of the house. We’ve got a lovely garden to sit in with a pizza oven and barbecue. Little breakfast included- cooked breakfasts on request. We’d love to meet you!

Our Full English breakfast is cooked fresh each morning and to your liking. We serve continental and cater for vegetarians. Lynn's place is close to public transport and amenities. You will have a double room with double bed and a single bed so ideal for solo travellers, couples or friends sharing a space. This is quiet house to stay in with sitting area, tea and coffee provided, guests only Shower room and choice for breakfast of self service cereals or toast etc. I am a Medical Herbalist I live with my partner Mark and Dog Honey we leave guests to own devices unless need help then we can be messaged.

Victorian house built in 1892 with some original features and high ceilings. Your bedroom is large with a private bathroom just outside your door (not en-suite). The area is quiet and parking is guaranteed. The small garden is a pleasant space with a running water pond, on sunny mornings our guests really appreciate having breakfast there.
