Elena’s apartment is a true luxury suite! The finishes are beautiful and the balcony with the garden is a nice bonus. Everything was safe and very clean!

A beautiful seaside castle, you can see the sea from the window. The house is in the beautiful Cape Martin, far from the bustling tourist area, and very close to Monaco and Menton. The beach restaurant is good, because we are Chinese, the only regret is that there is no delicious Chinese restaurant nearby. The Host AMO was very friendly and responsive online, and gave us a lot of travel tips.Anyway, it was a nice experience.

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

The views from the balcony of the apartment were fabulous...just what we wanted. A great view of the sea and the end of Monaco with views of the boats and se down at Larvotto. Carlow had given us great instruction on how to gain entry to the apartment which was very secure. We arrived in our own car so we had to gain entry to the flat with the for codes and downloading the Nuki app to open the door. Make sure you have reception and signal and have downloaded before you go or you might be a bit stuck. We retrieved the keys from the apartment then got the key to open the garage. This take you down to minus 3 where the parking space is. Not a big lift so make sure you have a smaller car. The apartment was small but perfect for the 4 of us to spend 4 nights in and the beds were so comfortable. We walked down all the steps to Larvotto and were able to catch a bus to the Palace from the bus stop and find the beach for eating out. Would definitely return. Thank you Carlos

Functionally furnished apartment, with everything you need, located directly on the beach. Shopping and restaurants as well as bars are within walking distance. Parking situation a little limited...

We felt right at home! It was the first stay for our 9-month-old baby and everything went well. Very close to the sea, with very convenient indoor parking. The apartment has everything one needs. We also thank Mariangela for her patience with our delay due to traffic. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. We had a fantastic time in Giulia's beautiful holiday accommodation. The rooms are carefully furnished, clean and equipped with every comfort. We felt right at home. In the garden you will experience an oasis of peace, while the beach, shops and restaurants are around the corner. top location! For all our questions Giulia responded quickly, kindly and very helpful. Recommended!

Great location on the beach front, easy walking distance to shops, a few cafes, beach club and tram line to get into old town. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Master bedroom is at the front of the house which is on a main road so it’s quite noisy through out the night but that is to be expected with the houses location

A great place to relax, wonderful outside the main season, cozy terrace to have breakfast in the sun and the apartment was nice and cozy.

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were spotless, and the WiFi was both fast and reliable. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 3-minute walk to the seaside, 5 minutes to Carrefour City, and 5 minutes to the train station. The hosts, Catherine and Eric, were incredibly kind and helpful. Once, we accidentally locked ourselves out, and Catherine arrived within 10 minutes to let us in! They also responded to our messages promptly. Highly recommended!

The stay was very nice and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and modern. In the kitchen you have everything you need. The view is really nice and something special. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time in the apartment.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.
