We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

Great stay at Philibert. Hayley was extremely helpful and waited at apartment for us after late evening delay at airport. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Excellent location close to the port with great public transport and ability to walk into city centre and old town. The tram link between the airport and Port Lympia is very straightforward. Supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants and bars all nearby. We enjoyed pizza from takeaway downstairs from apartment and craft beers/wine and gastropub food from the lovely Brasserie de Castillon across the road at 17 Rue Cassini. We would highly recommend the Philibert apartment. We’ve been to Nice a few times and have stayed in different locations but this was the best location of all. Had a great week in a lovely apartment!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

We had a fantastic time in Giulia's beautiful holiday accommodation. The rooms are carefully furnished, clean and equipped with every comfort. We felt right at home. In the garden you will experience an oasis of peace, while the beach, shops and restaurants are around the corner. top location! For all our questions Giulia responded quickly, kindly and very helpful. Recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located to explore Nice. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice, and if we’re ever lucky enough to come back, we’ll definitely stay here again!

A great place to relax, wonderful outside the main season, cozy terrace to have breakfast in the sun and the apartment was nice and cozy.

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Really spectacular house with a crazy view, inside the furniture, kitchen and bathroom is all new, I did not find anything out of place, really impeccable, I think I will return in the future

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Games x free time! We really felt at home, my little girl said so too! Thank you also for your availability, always ready to respond! Surely if we come back to the area we will stay with you! Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at Delphine's place - this apartment is equipped with everything you could need and very comfortably fit 2 people. Delphine met us at check in to show us where everything was in the apartment and was very flexible with check in timing. The black out blinds in the living room are excellent, making the apartment very dark for sleeping. For any super light sleepers, you can hear a bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs and the cars outside but it is much quieter then any major city. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was fine, the only problem encountered was resolved in a few minutes, despite it being Easter Day, congratulations thanks Andrea we will certainly see each other again Claudio

Jean-Christophe was an absolutely outstanding host. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! So attentive and flexible with checking in and checking out and gave us recommendations of where to dine out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cap de Nice. Everything was as described if not better. The private pool area was a huge plus and the accommodation felt very secure. The view is breathtaking! The apartment was spotless and as like the pictures, everything you need for your stay in the French Riviera. A 5 minute drive from Villefranche-sur-Mer, less than 30 minutes from Nice airport, a local supermarket and pharmacies all within walking distance. The area is not too lively so you will get a great night sleep and with air conditioning also. Not one bad thing to say about our stay. We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you again Jean-Christophe we had the best time!!
