Villa vacation rentals in Alicante

We were welcomed to this beautiful villa with everything we needed to feel comfortable - the pictures do it justice! Communication was easy, recommendations were great and well received. We did think about hiring a car but decided not to and travelled by taxis and train to explore others towns as Teulada is quiet. Great time had by all and would definitely return.

It's a pretty nice house, it has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. There was nothing missing. Having two kitchens is a tremendous PLUS. There are many board games, the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Julie's friendliness on the phone and Nigel's in person was PHENOMENAL. The house was super clean! The wind can be very strong. Thanks Julie and Nigel

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

We stayed in an Airbnb, a casita with heated pool and jacuzzi, looking for a quiet and comfortable place to travel with our babies. The house was very well equipped - the heated pool was perfect, and it also had a inflatable jacuzzi in the solarium, ideal for relaxing. The stay was very pleasant. The house is in a very quiet residential area, within a golf course, and nearby was a supermarket, bars and restaurants, which was very comfortable for us. The cleanliness of the house was quite good, and the owner was very kind, responding immediately to all our inquiries. All in all, it was a very nice weekend. Definitely a place to repeat!

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

Excellent location, the villa itself was even better in person. Very fresh modern and clean. The outdoor bbq and cooking area was ideal and the pool was bigger than expected. I would definitely recommend and definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

7 of us (20 - 50year old females) have just returned from a lovely stay at this Villa and the experience was perfect. Lovely setting, lovely villa and just far enough out to be away from the madness of Benidorm but close enough to dip our toes in when we felt like it. Kevin the property manager was excellent and was on constant speed dial for taxis and everything and anything we needed. We had no issues at all and I would absoloutley return/recommend.

Wonderful house and great host! Before arriving had details of everything we could need included local recommendations and closest shops etc. It’s a private property that isn’t overlooked or located on a busy road. We were so excited when we arrived and everything was exactly as described: perfect, air-y, open property with lots of space. Absolutely spotless also, really clean and well presented! Host Vincent was very approachable and on hand for anything that we could need, we had a problem with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes it was being sorted - this was late into the evening too but it wasn’t any trouble at all! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we all had a perfect break!

We absolutely loved our stay in Jitske’s villa! Close enough to walk to the beach and so peaceful and quiet. The villa was spotless when we arrived! The kitchen was well equipped, showers were amazing and the outdoor space was incredible. Jitske was extremely friendly and responsive to messages. Will definitely be returning in future ☺️

Cannot thank Maria enough, such a wonderful host offering the perfect villa for our family trip to Spain! The location is perfect for a private and peaceful getaway but has lots of restaurants & bars nearby. Accommodating 9 adults & a toddler, the villa was perfectly equipped & offered plenty of space, suiting all of our needs. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely return!

We had a wondering stay at this beautiful villa with awe inspiring views. Immaculately clean and fully stocked and provided for. Monika was a lovely host, very helpful, understanding and responsive. We went to celebrate my husband's 30 years and Barry left us a bottle of wine and beers for our arrival. The house was very clean and tidy, with all the comforts advertised and very attentive at all times if you have any questions. A perfect home for a getaway with family or friends, barbecue, pool and all the amenities available. We will definitely be back !!!

A well presented, spacious villa with a great pool area. Ideal for a week or two away in the sun. Spacious living area and well appointed. Be aware that, if you are from the UK and want TV you will need your media log in details or your firestick. The place is very secure and the local comercial area is about 15 minutes walk. Here you can find shops and resturants . Be aware the walk back is all uphill !!

Stayed at this beautiful Villa for a week at the beginning of April 25. Great cul de sac location with little noise and not over looked by any of the neighbouring properties. Beautifully warm pool, great size outdoor areas and also beautiful inside. Great communications with Viviane the owner, I would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back in the near future for sure.

Super cool mate keep up the cracking job! We were staying with 3 children and 4 adults and there was many amenities and they were as good as the pictures said. Lovely spaciousness the kitchen was very well equipped lots of cutlery and other stuff. In addition there were lots of towels and the pool is very nice and pleasant. The outdoor space is also good and we were located in an area near lots of shops and near the cultural Centre of the city we also recommend the restaurant just near it called Nankin We would definitely visit again!

Perfect place to stay for a quiet family stay of a couple of weeks. Malte & Sven is always attentive to needs, fluid communication and quick solutions.
