Vacation rentals with beach access in Alicante

Hala was absolutely incredible. We had great communication and ever so friendly. Nothing was too much. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. The apartments is in a vibrant part of town at the weekends. The surrounding areas have all you need. Shops,stunning walks,beaches and spoiled for choice on restaurants. I’d definitely stay at Halas place again.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very spacious and clean. Excellent location, right on the beach and a 20 minute walk to the old town along the promenade.

Great place to stay! Everything is renovated, new, spacious and fresh. Really loved the open kitchen. Spent lots of time on the large balcony with a full size dining table - great views of the city. Building has cool 2-level outside swimming pools and lots of space to tan and hang out. Can't say enough about the location, has everything across the street - many restaurants, bars, live entertainment, deli store, big grocery store, and more. And the best part - a 3 minute walk down to one of the best scenic, soft-sand beaches in the area, you really have to see it.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment and didn’t want to leave. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and in an idyllic and convenient location. The view is amazing overlooking the bay and our children couldn’t get enough of the swimming pool either. The tram over the road was perfect for exploring although there are plenty of restaurants and beaches on the doorstep and you needn’t go far. Lourdes was the perfect host and Ramon was there to greet us and show us around. We are already planning our next visit!

Cumbre del Sol is an incredibly beautiful place. The home is 100% as described and photographed. It has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation. The views are unforgettable. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

It's a great house for a family visit. The facilities are comfortable, the pool very large (although we don't use it for the weather) and has direct beach access. Thank you to Salvador for your kindness and your response at all times

it was just perfect!!!! a magnificent view, beautiful walks , close to shops, very clean ,well-equipped and pleasant accommodation, super comfortable bedding!! Isaac is a host with kindness and kindness, I recommend it without a second thought!!!

Everything was great. Alejandro was accurate with entry instructions and was always attentive to any issues, he was quick to answer. The house is very good, the perfect space, the large terrace, pool and close to the beach... we really liked it. If we go back there, let's repeat!

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, and being all renovated greatly improved our expectations. If it is true that it is small but the truth that it has been super well, we have been a week and a half and the truth is that there is nothing that can be said that can be improved. We had everything we needed. We haven't missed anything. Perfect location, and Eduardo responded super fast and was super attentive to all our doubts. We just have to say, thank you so much!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of of bars, restaurants and shops. Only 1 minute to the beach. Patrica was a very good host, communicated everything and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

the stay at Olga’s place was great. The apartment is just like the photos and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. The only thing was that there were some stains on the bedsheets when we arrived and a few silverfish around the apartment during our stay. The area is gated which makes you feel safe and there is a lot in a walking distance, such as supermarkets, a mall and restaurants.

Everything was really good. But with inquiries to the Norwegian market, it would have been ok with Norwegian TV channels (which seems to be very common in Altea), or at least BBC or CNN. The internet worked very well, so we made do with Lap top and Ipad, but it may be recommended that this is brought. Otherwise, no remarks in either place or stay. Might also mention that there is a pick up and bring service from Alicante. We used it back and it was very flexible and good. We would gladly came back.

We had a wonderful week in the charming flat. The balcony is large and beautiful, ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped. The communication was very good. Highly recommended!

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.
