Davinia is an excellent host. She was always very quick to respond to requests. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony was awesome. You have only a few steps to the beach Smaller shops and cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. For everything else you need a car. I had a warm 4 weeks and highly recommend this place.

Fabulous, well equipped apartment. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of 5. Our late check in and check in wasn't a problem. Close to a supermarket and 24 hour shop. The indoor heated pool was lovely on days when it was too cool to swim in the outdoor pool. The grounds of the apartment were also spotless and well maintained. Overall we had a great experience here.

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was something else, very high end for excellent value, this apartment will take your breath away, the views from the balcony were amazing, daily changing panoramic views. Very private settings with great security including a concierge. The indoor swimming pool overlooking the Ocean was breathtaking too. Rafal and Juan were very tentative making sure our check in was smooth as possible.

Everything is great, you can really only recommend it!!!

Family week in Karen's apartment super well,it is very cozy and quiet, good location, main services nearby. There is a park where the kids have a wonderful time In the pool the children have enjoyed a lot. They were always on the lookout for us. Thank you.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

We loved our stay here. Carlos and Irene were fantastic hosts with super friendly and proactive communication. The apartment is perfect for visiting with kids… our toddlers loved all the toys and books inside the apartment which made our stay very easy. It was super clean and light with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We didn’t use the other facilities in the complex (pool, tennis court, playground) but they looked very good. The location is great - it’s right by a lovely beach, lots of good restaurants and very convenient for Alicante airport. All the stuff you need for a day at the beach is already at the apartment (beach toys, wagon and umbrellla). Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Great apartment for our second visit to flamenca village. Great place for all ages

Just back from a stay at Jorge’s apartment, it’s absolutely beautiful and well located for the restaurants in the marina, the views are spectacular everywhere you look from the complex, the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and homely, we would highly recommend this place as Jorge is super responsive and helpful.

I just celebrated my 40th birthday in the Intempo building and I can't be more satisfied. The experience has been simply unforgettable. From the first moment, the treatment received has been impeccable. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the luxury environment created the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy with my family. I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

Everything was perfect, very nice space for long stays. The location is very good, close to the main tram station and several bus stops.

The apartment was lovely. Loved the area! The bikes were such a great perk. It was easy to get around and nice areas around. A short trip to many different beaches by bike on beautiful terrain. Was able to take more routes. The apartment worked well for a long-term rental. The best-equipped home has traveled a lot. Found everything and more! If you're in an active neighborhood, people are really nice and helpful. The pool area is tidy and so is the water in the pool. Can also swim well, that is, length. A good clothes washer is a big plus. There were short programs and the drying was done quickly in the yard.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was spotless — everything looked and felt brand-new, from the furnishings to the finishes. The warm pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. It’s clear the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. The surrounding town/village was charming and peaceful, with friendly locals and beautiful scenery. We especially loved our morning and evening walks — so refreshing and a great way to start and end the day. The whole experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this Ago’s place for the second time. This time, two of us and two friends from Valencia spent one weekend here. We absolutely loved the house and all its facilities. The host provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks to their suggestions, we made two trips to Cartagena during this getaway. Cartagena’s ocean views and historic architecture were truly captivating. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both the lounge and the bedroom offer magnificent views of the golf course. Honestly, the only regret we had was not being able to stay longer 😊
