It has a beautiful and very spacious terrace with a spectacular view of the lake: even when it rains it's possible to sit out and enjoy the wide panorama as the terrace has a roofed covering. Theapartment is part of a condominium and is on the third floor served by a lift. There is also a garage for car parking. The apartment is very close to local shops, eateries and the lake boat boarding point.

A beautifully restored house with three balconies and a barbeque area, all with a fantastic view over the lake. It is quiet in a small traditional village with no cars, only small passages between the houses. It is a great location for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, or just playing around on the beach. The house has an inflatable pool for kids. Dogs are welcome. Large public parks and beaches are at the waterfront, with a large activity center.
