Very nice penthouse with large sunny balcony in Alvaneu. Dream location in the middle of the mountains with fantastic views. Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in a chalet apartment house is located in a central and sunny location above the Volgs with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.
