Heaven on earth in (sport) mountain paradise Davos

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Cozy apartment directly on the ski slopes, just cross the road and you are on the Corvatsch's skilift. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen up to 6 people can live confortably. Located in quite Surlej just above Silvaplana's lake, 10 minutes by car from St. Moritz or 1 hour walk through the woods. In summer many bike or walking trails are waiting just outside your door.

A welcoming living area features a spacious, L-shaped sofa with neutral-toned cushions, complemented by a decorative rug. Framed art pieces adorn the walls, adding a touch of culture. Light wooden doors and wall-mounted decor provide a warm ambiance to the room.

The balcony, accessible from the living room, has a very nice view of the lawn towards Maloja. Living room with high ceiling with exposed beams, fireplace, sofa and dining area. Large bedroom with double bed. Small bedroom with bunk bed and single bed. Bathroom with bathtub. Garage included in the price. Washer and ski storage room on the basement.
