This place was comfy and so clean. We were welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

The apartment is beautiful and modern. The location is excellent, close to everything but in a peaceful corner of the town. The best thing though was the communication with the owners who are next door, Myrian gave me all kind of useful information and put me in touch with great surf instructors. Overall, she made me feel like home. I was very sad to leave !

Communication with Mathieu was very friendly, fast and smooth from the beginning. Check-in and check-out took place via the reception of the complex within a few moments, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The apartment is very nice and comfortably equipped (everything you need). The complex is in a beautiful area and is pleasantly quiet. We had a rental car but you can easily walk to the port or beach. We had a good time and saw a lot. João is a great host, always helpful. Thank you.

We really enjoyed it and the proximity to the Rocha and beaches was excellent.

a good sized, well maintained villa in quinta do lago. excellent facilities including a breakfast restaurant and pool. reception were helpful and organised taxis and dealt with our queries. we will probably return.

We wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in Praia da Luz and made the perfect choice with Maria's apartment. It was home from home for self catering, starting every day with breakfast on the balcony and ending with an evening meal at the sunlit dining table. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to cook a meal, and even had tupperware so you could pack a picnic.  The location could not have been better, 2 minutes from the beach, the Paraiso and one of the best restaurants in Luz, the A Conche. Our host Maria could not have been kinder, more responsive or more helpful. We arrived on a national holiday, and she went out of her way to find out what shops would be open for us to buy supplies. Every question we had was answered wothin the hour.  We will definitely be back for future anniversaries!

The apartment is ideally situated right by the river, 5 minutes from the lovely local beach and with 3 good fish restaurants almost next door. Walk up the stairs to the roof and enjoy the 360 degree views of the Ria Formosa and inland to the mountains.

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

Very private, peaceful. Very friendly, helpful, responsive, always available staff. In the backyard pool, pool towels. Large, spacious suite with fully equipped kitchen, washer, comfortable big bed, spacious living room, everything is super clean and tidy. Everything about it was perfect. I recommend it.

I had an excellent stay. Very relaxing, clean and a beautiful place. Recommend if you have your own transport and I would definitely stay here again

This B&B is like a hidden gem. It's private, away from the buzz. We particularly loved the garden and the heated swimming pool. The apartment was well equipped. There is also a lot of baby stuff around, even a blinding curtain! The organised dinners were beautiful. The breakfast was alright, but lacked variation. Lovely and helpful hosts complete the experience 🙂

Everything is perfect! Fantastic resort, great location, cleanliness, order, impeccable amenities and everything I could want. Strategic place to visit Lagos and the Algarve. I highly recommend the experience with Liz 🙌
