Vacation rentals with lake access in Albufeira

For those looking for a paradise away from the chaos of the city, this little corner surprised us a lot. Very well-equipped and clean, we had a very fun weekend in the various leisure areas available. Whenever it was necessary to communicate with the person in charge, I received a response in 5 or 10 minutes. 5 stars. I recommend

We had a great week at this Vale do Rei. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the Algarve, surrounded by eucalyptus and lands that Christiane cultivates with love. The place is perfect (even better than in the photos and much bigger than it looks). Very well equipped, fresh and subtly decorated. The bedding is comfortable. Suitable for children (we were there with our 4 year old daughter). Common spaces further enhance the experience. A car is essential; nevertheless, you will find everything you need at 10min, in the village located at the bottom of the valley. Christiane is infinite kindness and availability. His sense of detail and warmth make us feel like friends of family. Another huge thank you for everything.

Great Villa for the six people in our party. Well set out with bedrooms at one end moving through to a bright and spacious lounge area with dining table and kitchen off that. Then out onto a covered area outside and then pool and sunloungers. Plenty of space to be together without being cramped. Air con in bedrooms is great. Also good washing machine and additional toilet and shower in outbuilding. Well situated in quiet peaceful area with good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very prompt and helpful responses to any enquiries we made. Recommended.

Great place to stay with everything you need for a successful holiday. We especially liked the terrace and the sunbed! Isabel helped us check in and gave us very helpful tips, she is super nice! The only thing we had a little trouble for was that it got very humid and some bad smell downstairs. Otherwise great!

Just back from a great week at Casa 38. The place was even better than the pictures and couldnt have asked for much more. The hosts were also really helpful with lots of great, local recommendations. Will definitely be back.

Great place to rest and relax. Calm, very beautiful sounds of birds and other animals. Comfortable house, large rooms and very well equipped.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The garden and pool area are perfect for relaxing, and the location is ideal for surfers with several great beaches nearby. It’s also perfect for those traveling with a dog, as the fenced and walled property offers peace of mind. Highly recommend for a chill and active getaway!

A spacious house just a few mintues walk from the waterfront, restaurants, markets, the ferry, the train station and other attractions. Great private open space on the rooftop. I highly recommend the place.

Fabulous place to stay, spotless, everything we needed and more, would definitely recommend, a good 10min walk to the marina and as the weather was very hot at this time I did struggle a bit, however I would definitely return

We had a lovely welcome from Joao. He showed us around the property and told us about the area. The house has been beautifully renovated and was comfortable and spotlessly clean. At the side there is short path that leads directly to the beach. There is a nice and reasonable beach bar on the dunes and sun beds can be hired. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the veranda for breakfast and in the evenings.

Large and spacious! Bed a little old but comfortable. Great balcony with view. Close to old town 5-10 minute walk. Would diffently stay there again.

The apartment is in a great location near the Marina, and close to the salt marshes [ where there is a fantastic co-operatively run salt spa]. Parking was easy, the rooftop pool is a lovely option and the flat is large, light and airy with great kitchen utensils. All was spotless. The host's responses were quick when we could not get into the second bedroom initially, and the balcony for eating and watching the sky views was great. Furniture and wifi was all great. Check in was easy.

The host is Mr. Pedro very friendly and always available. The house is very catita with all the amenities needed in the middle of nature and with a magnificent view of the Ria Formosa. To highlight the activities that can be done such as horse riding, cycling and hiking through the estate. We will return without a doubt and recommend this place.

Beautiful house! Very clean and stylishly decorated! We had an great week and felt very comfortable. The house is located just outside Silves surrounded by nature. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay with Jan. The house and garden are beautiful. A true oasis with lush vegetation, with a superb vegetable garden, where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. The friendly visit of the cat Odin was a plus in the living room. Jan was very friendly, discreet and pleasant. We recommend it without hesitation!

My family and I had a very nice week in Marta's house and we felt very comfortable there. The large living area is inviting to be together and the piano was well used. Aljezur is a few minutes' drive away, as well as 3 great beaches. We highly recommend the place!

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.

We had a lovely stay for a couple of days while we attended a wedding up the road. Bruna was really helpful, check in was a breeze and the space was absolutely spotless, quiet, peaceful and we felt very at home

Super friendly people , who help you if needed . Great knowledge of what to do and where to go in the area . Be respectful of your privacy. The cottage is beautiful as it is, with all the amenities a person needs . Calm very relaxing environment , but not too far away from the inhabited world . Absolutely recommended for people who love peace and space. We would choose to come back again. René and Patricia
