Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

Localização excelente, chegamos no aeroporto e de lá Silvia indicou Alilaguna, e andamos apenas 3 minutos até o apartamento. Próximo de tudo! Recomendo muito! Voltarei com certeza!

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Отличная, удобная квартира. Располагается в тихом переулке, что позволяет спокойно отдыхать. Но при этом в шаговой доступности много кафе, магазинов и достопримечательностей. Алина была дружелюбна и предупредительна, очень быстро отвечала на вопросы.

Cet appartement est une perle rare, tout près du Rialto. Il est spacieux et lumineux ce qui est rare à Venise. Le Best du Best est la terrasse où il est vraiment agréable de manger ou de prendre l’apéro. Le mercato est à deux pas. C’est vraiment extraordinaire ! Il y a deux salles de bains, très pratiques. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Nous conseillons cet appartement ! Vraiment une adresse à conseiller. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Nous reviendrons sans doute.

Paolo was very proactive in ensuring we made it safely from the train station to the apartment. So thankful for his instructions. His assistant met us to be sure we didn’t get lost. Location is on the very outer edge of the island so it was extremely convenient to get to the water taxi to Murano, other stops around the island, and back to the train station. It’s a longer walk to the Grand Canal and where most of the bustling crowds are, but also made for a very quiet stay in Venice, which was nice. Restaurants are nearby and convenient.

We loved our stay at this place. Close to Piazza San Marcos and lots of restaurants and local shops. Great location. The place is located in the 4th floor, but we didn't mind, because the view from the top floor was great. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable apartment which has a fantastic location, quiet and relaxing space, but very convenient for cafes, shops, restaurants, transport and exploring Venice. The rooftop terrace is a big plus, and we enjoyed a warm welcome from Nicoletta

Ottima esperienza ! La posizione è perfetta , l’appartamento è in ottime condizioni , molto accogliente ,molto pulito e attrezzato di tutto quanto c’è bisogno . Ottima accoglienza da parte della proprietaria ,anche molto gentile nell’omaggiarci di una bottiglia di spumante per festeggiare l’inizio del nuovo anno ! Grazie !

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to restaurants, gelato shops, and two vaporetto stops. The restaurant right downstairs was absolutely delicious and super convenient. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and having two full bathrooms was a big plus. The hot water pressure was a bit low and the shower a little tricky to use, but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Overall, a lovely place in a fantastic spot!

Lovely apartment. In a quieter area, which was nice to get away from the crowds. But also nearby restaurants and supermarket. About 15 steps to get up to the apartment, but manageable with luggage. Also a quick walk (with no steps or bridges) from the water taxi stop. We initially wanted the ac a bit colder (we went in the spring and it usually turns on in the warmer months), we contacted the host and they responded very quickly and lowered the ac for us. Temperature was perfect, beds and comforters were great, and bathroom was spacious, clean, and modern. Overall great experience and stay.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

The house is huge and we had a wonderful experience. The infrared spa sauna was also a treat. Loved every moment. Stefano was very helpful and responsive.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

Mieszkanie wyglądało tak jak na zdjęciach, wyjście na taras z każdego pokoju. Czysta i przyjemna przestrzeń. Kontakt z wynajmującym rewelacyjny. Dojazd do Wenecji trwa 20 minut autobusem, albo 10 minut pociągiem. Komunikacja miejska w promieniu 5 minut od mieszkania. Serdecznie polecam 😊

La ubicación del apartamento en Mestre es muy buena, cerca de la estacion de tren y a 2 minutos de la parada de bus, para ir a Venecia a conocerlo en cuestión de 15 minutos. Destacamos la amabilidad de la anfitriona, nos hizo sentir como en casa, algo muy difícil de encontrar en esta plataforma. El apartamento esta muy bien dotado, tiene de todo, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario y mas, las camas son demasiado cómodas, las cobijas y almohadas excelentes. El baño es muy amplio, toallas suficientes y muy buenas. Destacamos el compromiso y la amabilidad de la anfitriona, este alojamiento se vuelve una joya escondida en una Venecia, costosa, saturada y turistica.

A wonderful stay in this well equipped, traditionally furnished apartment in a peaceful area with all you need close by and that view! 😍 Very good communication throughout. Christine met us off the Alilaguna. Arrived early but could leave our bags and take the keys which really helped Milk, juice, water and small cakes had kindly been provided. Lots of extras in the cupboards too including olive oil, tea and coffee. No clothes storage in the twin room but there’s a wardrobe in the hall outside. Wall mirrors in the bedrooms would’ve been useful but we managed with others. It’s walkable to all main attractions but you will do an awful lot of steps getting around! We relied on Google maps for directions. We visited Verona, Murano and the stunning Burano. Christine gave recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Al Muro San Stae nearby had fab service, quality of food and house wine and the best pizza I’ve ever had! A great weekend in a great apartment

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!
