Monthly Rentals in Albert Park

We loved everything about our stay, easy check in to a beautiful clean and amazingly designed home. I wanted to come back to this place again as we visit melb so often, alas, it was booked. Next time. Worth staying here, a gem of Albert park! We loved it.

Excellent accommodation situated in lovely, convenient area very close to local shops and tram to city etc. Also short work to beach. Very comfortable and clean and extremely well fitted out with top class appliances and furniture. Very comfortably heated for cold weather. Great, private location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Totally recommend. Many thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

I cannot recommend David’s place highly enough. The unit is beautifully decorated with David’s wonderful artwork and has everything that might be needed for a short or long stay. It has a homely feel which is often lacking in Airbnb’s. The bedding is comfortable & warm, the smart tv and kitchen & laundry appliances are top notch. David has gone the extra mile with some thoughtful extras, including a guest book with local recommendations - his cafe and restaurant recommendations were spot on. The unit is well situated, walking distance to the South Melbourne market, shops, cafes and has a tram stop nearby with a short ride to the city. I would definitely stay here again.

My second stay at Studio Alouette was just as comfortable and welcoming as my first stay last year. Incredibly comfortable king size bed, comfy couch, had everything we needed for our weekend stay, including a welcome parking permit. Robyn was responsive and helpful too, great host. Highly recommend staying here for location and comfort :)
