Vacation rentals with a patio in Alassio

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes is a great host. Clear instructions and constant support. Someone is still available on site. The apartment is more comfortable for two people, but our family of two adults and two girls got along well. Perfect availability of the reserved parking space. The Riquier district area is perhaps not so well known among tourists (we ourselves have been in the streets adjacent to the Promenade on other occasions), but Old Nice, the Castle, the Promenade, the Market Square, Massena and Garibaldi Squares, etc. can all be reached in a short time. In the same street as the apartment there are two neighborhood supermarkets, and all around several boulangeries/patisseries. You can also reach Nice-Riquier station in a 15-minute walk. Perfect for visiting the French Riviera resorts by train, without moving the car. Highly recommended!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, me, my wife and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took great advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable pool of the residence. We've never had any parking issues. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Its prime location is a significant advantage, providing convenient access to a wide array of attractions, amenities, and points of interest. Furthermore, the pricing structure was found to be entirely appropriate and represented excellent value. The property's walkability is a key feature, with numerous destinations and necessities easily reachable on foot, allowing for effortless exploration of the surrounding area. Also the balcony is really really great.

Gisele's place was fantastic! A prime location in Nice with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars, and transportation. She was a great host, very responsive and understanding of our situation! If i were to travel to Nice again soon, I would definitely stay with Gisele!

Raffi’s place is in the best location in Nice with closeness to everything. The beach is just around the corner, the neighbourhood is quiet and cute, close to the tram & train and surrounding villages as well as supermarkets and bakeries. The apartment is clean and fresh, there’s AC in every room and the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom feels newly renovated/updated. We stayed a week as a family of 3 and did not miss anything. Would 100% stay here again when we come back to Nice!

Very nice house, surrounded by greenery. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Diego has always been punctual and accurate in his communications and available for any type of info. Simply put, everything is perfect!

The apartment is in the open countryside in a hilly environment. The house is new or recently renovated, very clean and well maintained. The furniture is tastefully chosen and of excellent quality. Very nice solid wood furniture in the living area. All rooms are very spacious. Bathroom and kitchen are well stocked. Ivan is very kind and welcoming. He is also available to provide advice about the area and to clarify any questions. The experience was very positive.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

What an incredible gem of an apartment in a tiny mountain village. The apartment is very well appointed and is perfect for using Rocchetta N. as a base for exploring the outdoors. There's not much going on in RN, but just a few km down the road is Dolceacqua with more restaurants & stores, if you need that. Matteo was 100% available and responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location right on the promenade. Across the street from beach. Easy walk to Old City, used Uber to get to some museums and bikes to get out of city. Space is bright and airy. Back bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping.

Fabulous apartment. Very responsive host who allowed us to check out later which was really helpful for a late flight. Amazing wrap around balcony that gets the sun all day. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

We've had a great time, went Swimming, mountainbiking (Varazze is having amazing trails), enjoying the Sun and fresh air our wonderful holiday home. The view is fantastic, at springtime it was very quiet, the beds are supercomfy. You should be able to Do many Stairs

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Great location, and very helpful and responsive host. The highlight of this apartment is definitely the large and well-maintained terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has everything and the stay with all the amenities is guaranteed. 3 TVs (2 small and 1 large) tables and chairs in abundance. The bedspreads probably need to be replaced. The rocking chair on the balcony is fantastic, even if it shows signs of age. The management of hot water in the bathroom is nicely problematic, but very well indicated. However, a great experience definitely to be repeated and recommended.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks which may rightly be called a hidden gem. Everything has been thought of for a pleasant stay. The garage and spacious terrace are a big plus. Communication went smoothly and quickly. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a very pleasant beautiful and cozy place, the shopping street is right around the corner from the apartment, a park and the beach 5 minutes walk away.
