We had a great time at Jose's place. Balcony with stunning views, clean and private pool, freshly renovated and very clean interior. Jose was very responsive to our requests! No complaints!

We went to see some relatives who lived in the same development and we loved the house. The outdoor space is wonderful, everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. Very cozy. If I have to come back, I'm sure we'll repeat. 100% recommended

We absolutely loved the place and Grego is a great host, he was there to welcome us in, and gave us useful advices, kept in touch throughout the stay and helped us when we had issues, the place is clean, quiet and surrounded by magnificient mountains and olive trees. Highly recommended. 45 minutes from Alicante (big city), 10 minutes from Villena (medium-size town/city where you have all the services) and it's a beautiful drive, truly a great place to stay to visit the region. Biar is just a beautiful place to stay as it is more quiet than larger cities, it has 2 great grocery stores, few restaurants and bars and a beautiful castle, if you want to avoid the big city, this is the palce to be!

The house had everything we needed and then some. The pool is fantastic. Large outdoor area with seating and tables and lounge chairs for several people. Walkable to Supermarkets, Chinese store, restaurants and a park. Juan was an amazing and helpful host. Quick to respond and so kind.

Silvia was very friendly and attentive. The perfect house, everything very clean, pleasant atmosphere, very good quality, value for money, spacious, very comfortable, and just for the season it would have been cool if the pool had been open, because the weather was very good in Alicante. It's about a 30-minute walk from the beach and there's a path. You have several supermarkets nearby.

What can I say? We are coming back next year! A perfect location for a long weekend. On the beach close to the town, restaurants and shops. Idyllic. Thanks Rosario.

Lovely home with an incredible view on the seaside. It feels like you are almost in the sea. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for (outdoor) lunches and dinners. 30 minute walk along the beach to Torrevieja center (or quicker by road/car)

We went to celebrate my birthday and we were all delighted! Good location and very peaceful environment. We had everything we needed for the weekend, from services like the barbecue to bath towels! Jose Manuel is very friendly and attentive! We will definitely be coming back and recommend it!

A spectacular place to disconnect and enjoy! Our stay at this chalet was just perfect. From the first moment, we felt right at home thanks to the comfort and care. The house is spacious, with a stylish and cozy design. The living room is spacious and bright, with very comfortable sofas and a modern decor. The kitchen is fully stocked, allowing us to prepare our meals without any problem. The exterior is a real paradise: a pristine pool surrounded by a garden, sun loungers and a perfect area to enjoy the outdoors. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay. We'll be back!

Great location, walkable beaches, bars and restaurants. Loads of supermarkets within 5 minute drive.

The house and its beautiful terrace are big. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us the space we needed as we stayed for 4 weeks. Outside we had plenty of space to park our bikes, and spread the toys of our little one. The house is well maintained and you can see the owner takes care of it. Wi-Fi is perfect for remote workers. The location is great: quiet area, big and beautiful swimming pool, supermarkets and beach reachable quickly by bike, it was super easy to find a car park. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. What's missing? Maybe a dishwasher, a water boiler and some decorations on the wall, but we managed without them. Enrique is a 100% amazing owner. Communicative, humble, helpful... we feel home in his house because he cares for his visitors. He provides bedsheets and towels, kitchen equipment, as well as cleaning products. The house was very clean and we had very few insects inside. We really enjoyed staying there and we want to come back. Gracias Enrique!

Fantastic house – perfect for the family! Large, spacious and with all the amenities you could wish for. The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, and the location near the beach could not have been better. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Everything worked smoothly and we had a great stay. We had an exceptional stay at this chalet just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The location is perfect for sea enthusiasts. The chalet is spacious, stylish and clean. Marta is friendly and attentive, and the private pool was a huge plus. Highly recommended!

We were on vacation in two families with two 6-year-olds and it was a perfect vacation. The house has direct access to the fine sandy beach with shallow sea. Direct access to the beach is priceless, and the sea view patio has the part where the table is mostly shaded for fresh lunches and dinners. The kitchen is spacious and equipped. Hector and Carlos are super helpful and kind.

The location of the house is unique. Kids loved the garden. The house is energy self-sufficient, so you can't use larger electrical appliances, the kitchen is rather spartan. Since there is no heating, it can get a little colder in the house in the evening in the spring, but we knew that. Be sure to pack warm clothes.
