Apartment vacation rentals in Alacantí

We had a great stay. Apartment is spacious and in a good location. Walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Also near the tram stop. We especially liked the large balcony which is great for enjoying the view of the sea and coastline.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Nice place it’s exactly as it’s described even better than the picture. However I wish paola’s would respond faster. We had to contact the emergency contact if we had any issue but luckily they would answer right on the spot. The rest was amazing.

Great apartment, very clean and complimentary water and wine was a nice touch, would stay again.

The location of the apartment is just perfect, the sea is just 30 meters away. You can meet the sunrise over the water looking out the window. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing on the beach (umbrella, swimming boards, chairs for sitting, balls). The beach in front of the apartment is rocky, but to the right and left there are kilometers of beaches and you can choose any you like. Shops are within 5-10 minutes walk. Cafes are almost at every step. Of the minuses. The nearest big supermarket Mercadona is only in Torrevieja. There are a couple of fish shops in La Mata, but the prices are 1.5-2 times higher. There are no entertainment on the nearest beaches (jet skis, water bikes, etc.), and there are no toilets or changing rooms in principle anywhere. Over the course of two weeks, the green flag was hung out only 3 times, the rest of the time there were waves, sometimes very strong. The overall impression is positive. For a family with two children, this is an

everything perfect. apartment in a quiet area with everything you need to spend a few days. the beach just crossing the street. the pool saves you when there is red flag if you have children. and the garage is also a great addition.

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

This stay was extremely enjoyable and just what we needed. Easy to get around as we hired a car for the duration of our stay. Beach was lovely walking distance if you don’t mind a small hike, otherwise parking next to beach available. The host was easy to contact and the kind helper was very responsive via messages. The BBQ was amazing, we cooked most evenings on there with the fresh food from the Alicante food market. Hot tub was perfect temp and relaxing. Would highly recommend this place and would love to come back soon.

This is an amazing apartment right in the centre of Alicante. Extremely central and close to everything you would want, with amazing views over the marina, but still quiet in the evenings which is important. The building has so much character and such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is very well decorated with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. And so spacious - we felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Olivier was very helpful with checking in and was everything we want from a host. If I could have given it more stars I would have! And if we come back to Alicante this apartment will be top of our list of places to stay. If you're considering this apartment then I can definitely recommend it.

A perfect stay! Eva was an exceptional host, with prompt and thoughtful communication that made the whole process very easy. The apartment is beautiful, full of natural light and with a careful design that makes it very cozy. The location could not be better, right in the town hall square, with everything at hand but without losing tranquility. Ideal for both a weekend getaway and a remote working week. I would definitely repeat and recommend it 100%!

We've just spent a month in the apartment and really enjoyed our stay. Initially just the two of us but the last weekend our daughter and son in law joined us and the apartment was big enough to cope with four of us. we spent some nights in chilling and used the kitchen to cook meals. Alfonso was really helpful, we contacted him before we arrived and he arranged for WIFI to be installed for the month, we contacted him a couple more times during our stay and he responded quickly to the questions. The apartment's in a really good location, about a 7 minute walk to the old town and the strip (Red Lion). there are also a number of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, the staff at moby dicks bar at the base of the apartment are really friendly and keep a nice pint. I would recommend this apartment and will be looking to stay there again next year.

Me and my wife spent 3 nights here in February with our two kids, we were lucky that the sun shined every day, we were able to swim in the rooftop pool every day we even swam in the sea which wasn't even a 5 minute walk. The apartment is the perfect size for a family, easy to find from the airport (15mins away). the balcony is from all bedrooms and the lounge, beautiful sea views from every angle, clean & tidy, comfy beds and very well equipped. we used the onsite gym, tennis courts and paddle court. We had lunch and beers on the rooftop while using the pool every day (which is heated). the local restaurants are a 10 mins walk along the beach, great local food and reasonably priced again all with sea views. We used Airbnb lots and we would definitely stay here again. Wilfried was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and answered and questions super quickly. Good luck everyone. Enjoy!

Great residence

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Great apartment, nicely and tastefully decorated. If you like beach holidays this is the place. Javier is a very nice and helpful host.

We used this beautiful apartment. We were 2 ladies and 3 young children. Everything was available and we were able to check in earlier so that the youngest child of 1 year could sleep for an afternoon. Everything was provided and we had a great 5 days. We had rented a car so we could go everywhere quickly. All shops are a 5-minute drive away. Benidorm and Alicante were easy to drive to. On the terrace there is a jacuzzi that we have used wonderfully daily. We definitely recommend this apartment and we will definitely come back here.
