Josie’s place was wonderful. The view is stunning, and the property is located close enough to the beach that it was not inconvenient. The family is lovely, and there was just enough privacy. Would love to return!

We loved staying here the second half of our time here on the island. The place was immaculate, bright, smelled amazing and he even left us tour info and recommendations, along with anything you'd need for the beach! The location is great. Huge private balcony which was very peaceful sitting out on every night. Would love to book again when we return!

Lysely’s location was great and just as shown in pictures. The place was clean and very tidy upon check in. It was perfect to celebrate my little sister’s bachelorette party sleepover. Very close to downtown rincon and to great restaurants + beaches! The host was very courteous and responsive. Recommend 100%!

Great place to stay at! Family loved it.

Great place! This place was great for the two of us, but had two bunk beds for families with children. You are adjacent to a private beach and have the option of lying in the grass as well if that is your preference. Big kitchen with plenty of space to sit or if you’d want a picnic. Small gated area where the gate is always kept shut, but easy to access. Walkable to a few cool eating spots, a very short drive into the main Rincon area (10 mins but very easy). Perfect and private view of the sunset by walking out the front door.

Nelida is an extraordinary host! If you are looking for a place near Rincon, Anasco and Mayagüez this Airbnb has everything you need. I highly recommend Cozy Modern Blue Home. "Is like been home out of home"

This stay was beyond expectations for a big family vacation!! We fit comfortably with 9 people all together, including adults and children. The pool and grill area in the backyard was a big hit for our family and kids! We were able to securely park 2 vehicles in the parking area (off street) behind a gate with a lock. We felt safe inside and outside the location as it is located in a very beautiful community with welcoming neighbors. We would definitely stay again given the opportunity! No complaints at all whatsoever. Only wish we stayed longer! Very clean home all around with washer and dryer. Also there is available beach items like chairs and a cooler which really helped our daily beach adventures!

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb . From the views to the details , the location and more . If you are thinking about booking this Airbnb DO IT ! Pool is a perfect temperature and deep . They have life vests and floats and everything you would need for a perfect beach day . Coconut ice cream is a 5 minute walk and we definitely recommend going and walking by the beach .

Janet was a great host! We were welcomed to a bottle of wine upon our stay and a text upon arrival. We already knew the area from previous visits but it’s always nice to fine a new home to stay in. She invited my family over for Thanksgiving dinner with her family but we already had plans. The home was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again! The description matched the listing to a tee and it’s so close to the beaches and sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Thanks again Janet!!

This was one of the best Airbnb locations in Rincon. The house is amazing. Everything was like new - super clean. They even had a welcome board with our name - The kitchen is fantastic. The living room area and the dining section is beautiful... and balcony is the best relax place ...it is a retreat location. The bedrooms were spotless and clean - same as the bathrooms ...I felt like we were in a five-star hotel. The service and the interaction with Laura was amazing. And the most important thing is that you do not have to worry if there's no light or Electric SERVICE in Puerto Rico. This house is actually Serviced by their own electrical panels which allowed for electrical service regardless of electricity in town. Our satay was the best ! We recommend this place like no other .... 100/100. Excellent

The space is excellent, cozy and the decor of the whole apartment was in harmony! Kitchen with everything you'll need. Everything is super clean! Very quiet neighborhood.

The condo is walking distance to coffee, lunch, and, most importantly, the beach. Beach gear was provided: chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler. We ended up driving to the beach, but that was because we made good use of all the beach gear. Shops are within a short driving distance. You can walk to town, Playa Lala and the balneario, but we made good use of the beach gear and drove the few minutes. The view from the balcony isn't that awesome, but we didn't spend that much time in the condo to care. At the end of the day, we returned to a comfortable, quiet space for a restful evening that left us ready for another day of beach and island exploration. I totally recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant experience at the airbnb. Was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations.

This small but cozy apartment in the town of Rincón was an absolute gem. The view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea is simply breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the window was a magical experience every evening. The place had everything my partner and I needed: beach gear, TV, a comfortable lounging area, and a balcony overlooking a double pool with chairs, showers, gazebos, and restrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for preparing our favorite meals together. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really feel the care and attention from the host, Frank, and his team, who guided us every step of the way to make our stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommended! I would definitely love to stay here again.

Melanie's place was great. It fit our group perfectly. The location was very walkable to restaurants and a grocery store. We loved the Rincon square area and found different places for breakfast and dinner each day. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we did not get to use the pool, but it looked very clean and inviting. Another thing to note, the power went out in the area but the building generator kicked in right away. The Panaderia across the street is perfect for breakfast and lunch.

Excellent! Everything was as described, clean and organized. A great central location with multiple things around.
