We had a great time at Bill's! The location right on the water is ideal. Bill was incredibly helpful with arrival logistics and suggestions of places to check out! The airbnb had many nice touches including lots of beach towels / chairs to use. Definitely hope to come back!

Our stay was great. The Airbnb was well described, plenty to walk and do and see in the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing lowkey spot, this is the place.

This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at Mara and Marks place! Waking up to the ocean in the morning, watching the sunset each evening and every peaceful moment in between was everything we were looking for. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the stainless steel cooking pots, aloe for sunburns, AC in the bedroom after a long day in the sun and access to a grill to cook on at sunset. Mark was responsive to all of our questions and a joy to meet! The location was close to everything. If you can plan your trip to include a Thursday it's worth visiting the art walk in the town square at night time! Great way to immerse in the local culture. I agree with other reviews that say to book this place if it's available. Don't hesitate! We hope to come back and enjoy this beautiful oasis again. Thanks for having us!

The communications with Paul was excellent. The place was super clean and spacious. I definitely enjoyed.

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for days but since our returned still feeling those vacation vibes! For the 4 of us , my wife and 2 girls had space and we used the kitchen for breakfast , the jacuzzi to relax and had movie nights. We would stay there again and probably for more time! 5 nights wasn’t enough! Thank you Freddie !

This beautiful beach front condo is like heaven on earth. The view of the ocean from the balcony along with the lull of the ocean waves from the bedroom made it feel like absolute paradise. The place was equipped with everything we could possibly need throughout our stay including a beach wagon and toys. We felt very safe and secure as the condo is in a gated community. Elmira was so friendly and responsive! We are already planning our next trip to this amazing condo on this beautiful island.

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

The place was beautiful! It was a very private community. The hosts were absolutely amazing. We had an issue with our rental company and had a very late check in. The host was still very responsive and so helpful. The apartment is in a great area with beautiful beaches. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Rithy's grounds are a tropical paradise. Bluff in front with two Adirondack chairs is the perfect place to view the sunset. No need to go anywhere else to view the sunset. The beach across the street is very quiet and private. Good for some sea glass collecting and viewing the sea urchins in the tide pools as well as crags scurrying on the rocks. The apartment had everything we needed. Although we did not use them, a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella are provided. Rithy also provides a list of recommended restaurants. He also provided us some fruits grown on the property and a bottle of wine. We highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Beautiful views, the apartment matches the photos to a T. The hosts are very responsive and the apartment is fully furnished with whatever you need. Just bring your clothes and do some grocery shopping and it feels like you are right at home. Close to neighboring cities like Rincon which is a fun place to explore and enjoy.

Ashley and Yohay’s place was exactly what we needed for a nice getaway! It was clean, private, beautiful, and spacious. The space was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the beach, walking down to Los Almendros and also navigating around the rocks directly in front of the house. Downtown Rincon was great to visit and the hosts had great recommendations. We would love to stay here again!

We loved this place for our family of 5. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The patio is where we spent most evenings after dark. The pool was refreshing and the views and privacy are endless.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and were absolutely blown away. The location is unbeatable—just steps from a quiet, uncrowded beach. The Airbnb itself is pristine, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a seamless stay (such as a full kitchen, washer and dryer, beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, etc). The main floor features a master suite with a private full bath. There are also two additional bedrooms that share another full bathroom. Upstairs, the expansive family room with yet another full bath offers a perfect retreat, and every room has its own AC and TV for added comfort. For us, the crown jewel was the private penthouse terrace: a beautifully furnished space with a glorious beach view ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or private sunbathing. This place easily accommodates 8 people and offers comfort, luxury, and convenience in one package. The pool area is immaculate. Without a doubt, this is the place to stay if you’re visiting Puerto Rico!

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

My family and I stayed at the house this past week! We had an amazing time! The waves were a little big for my small children. However, we loved coming back from the beaches to the house. The sunsets were beautiful! One night we wanted to grill and the propane was out and the property manager, Chris came right over and changed it.

I'm a Boricua living abroad who came back to PR every opportunity she has. And I can tell you that this is the best place to be relaxed and enjoy some time off with your family. The place was spotless and has everything you may need. A few steps from the pool and the beach. Sleeping hearing the waves and drinking our morning coffee watching the sea without even having to take a step out was priceless. But the best was enjoying the beautiful sunset in a first row seat without any interruptions, without even having to move anywhere, you have the best view ever right there. Although the beach right there is not the best, you can walk a bit through the sand and find a great spot to swim. But the facilities are wonderful, well maintained and secure. And Aguada as a town is adorable, we spent some time visiting the local restaurants, shops and boutiques. I will return for sure! Loved it!
