Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Cozy cottage of 86m2 with plenty of space outside and inside. The cottage is non-smoking and located in the area of Hesseløje, by Bøjden in quiet surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms (bed width 180, 140, 120), 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room, living room overlooking the Bay of Helnæs. Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in summer. It is a short distance to a good beach and natural area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is NOT included.

Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish home overlooking Kleven Harbor. In the butter hole between Marstal and Ærøskøbing you will find the small cozy village of Kragnæs. With the Archipelago Trail running directly through and Nevrestien starting in Kragnæs and with the 4 km to Marstal or 6 km to Ærøskøbing, there is ample opportunity for walks and excursions on foot or by bike. The house is stylishly renovated, with respect for the history the house has. It has a lovely garden with terrace and fire pit.

Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It has sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have designed what we think fits the spirit of the house, with a few things dating back to our grandparents' time.

I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Newly built two-story apartment in our 200 year old barn, previously used for cattle, chicken coop, basin, and carpenter workshop. The apartment has everything for a relaxing stay in beautiful, raw nature. The long beach of the Vittens, just a walk away, is perfect for disconnecting. Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea view. There is a lovely covered terrace with morning sun with a view to the beach and jetty. The garden is lovely closed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right by hiking and biking routes.
