The house is thoughtfully decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice views, partly over the Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, dining furniture and sunbeds and large Weber Gas grill. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

The ground floor contains an entrance hall with a small toilet. Cozy living room with TV, as well as kitchen with dining area. 1st floor contains large bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and loft. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet. Small bedroom contains 2 single beds. Guests must bring their own linens and towels. Pets are not allowed

Nøset - skipper's house from 1743

Charming little thatched cottage on one level. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Small kitchen with access to a small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is located just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the island sea trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

The house is furnished with a combined living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, loft with 2 sleeping places, bathroom with shower and terrace with dining area. If your children are too small to sleep in the loft, the sofa can function as a sofa bed. The house is about 200 meters from the ferry from Svendborg, about 700 meters from Vester beach, about 200 meters from the old town and about 150 meters from shopping (Netto). The house is rented to a maximum of 2 adults, possibly with 1 or 2 children

A cozy old, low-ceiling house with a lovely courtyard. Continuously modernized. The house contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, closet and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. No pets allowed.

Here you will find a lovely holiday apartment in a beautiful old farmhouse in the village of Vester Bregninge on Ærø. Here is peace and quiet and beautiful nature – the perfect place to relax. The apartment has its own entrance, room with 3 beds, small kitchen and private bathroom. Small garden with a view of the town's beautiful medieval church. We have 1 km. to the beach and we are close to the beautiful cycling and walking routes on Ærø. We can make breakfast for you by appointment.

Vi købte i 2024 vores drømmebyhus i Marstal på Ærø! På Ærø er der så hyggeligt og roligt og det vil vi rigtig gerne dele med andre. Her kan I virkelig koble fra og komme helt ned i et ferietempo, der ikke kan fås mange andre steder. Der er rigeligt at opleve på øen. Om du er til kajak, vandreture, strand eller museumsbesøg. Vi giver jer gerne fif til dagsture :) I huset er der plads til 6 personer. I er velkommen til at skrive, hvis I har spørgsmål til huset, byen eller øen.

Classic summer house with ocean view near Ærøskøbing

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun overlooking the beach and swimming pier. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking.
