Cozy house with 300 m to beach

The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to the beach and nice opportunities for walking/running in the surrounding area. A truly unique walk is on Thurø Rev. There is an exit from the terrace of the first floor overlooking the water at a distance of 300 meters. The home is on two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from Svendborg city centre with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden fenced so smaller dogs can be in the garden.

Exceptional waterfront villa in quiet surroundings with panoramic views of Svendborgsund. The villa has private bath staircase, outdoor shower, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, guest toilet, kitchen-living room and two sunny terraces: one with water view, the other with a view to the field and forest. In the immediate area there are wonderful nature experiences, beach, forest, a walk to the ice shop, various local farm bays and vineyards. 20 meters to the sea and beach. Atmosphere, space, and tranquility.

Our house is just down to the Great Belt. There are sleeping places for 10 adults, 1 guest bed, 3 junior beds plus a baby bed. View of Langeland and the Great Belt Bridge, and 20 meters to the water's edge. We live in an idyllic old fishing village where the atmosphere blooms. There is a nice beach, with nearby bathing jetty and green public area as well as the possibility of angling. Amazing nature. The place offers many great hikes and bike rides. Nearby campsite has restaurant, water park, kiosk and playground.

Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides and has sea views. We have both deck chairs, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire pit. There is wifi, cromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It has sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have designed what we think fits the spirit of the house, with a few things dating back to our grandparents' time.

Large, charming house located in residential neighborhood - in walking distance to Svendborg city center and several beaches close by. Cozy courtyard environment. Three good bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping places. Bed linen and towels are included The house has two toilets - one with bathroom and two-person infrared sauna. Large living room with fireplace, sofa and large dining table. Since the house is relatively close to the busy road, some noise from traffic must be expected outdoors.

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

Charming house in a great location, close to water, nature, shopping and city. Sleeps 9 for adults. Room for more if some of the guests are smaller children. Location in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and the beach at "Erik's tail" with the iconic little beach houses and lovely bathing conditions for both children and adults. Walk distance to shopping, ferry, and free bus that connects the island.
