Ajesh sir is a wonderful host. Maps was giving the wrong directions to the Farm Stay (showing a short-cut route), we called Ajaesh sir, and he came to the place where we got stuck and guided us to the place. We booked two cottages, they were very well maintained, they are in the middle of the Plantation and the view is awesome. We spent more time taking Pictures. Ajesh Sir served us a delicious Kerala Appam breakfast. we definitely recommend this place. It's like living close to Nature, birds sound, cool breeze, waterfall sound.. a perfect place!

The place is really beautiful and peaceful, perfect for friends and family trips, very helpful and responsive caretaker. Arranged local food according to our preferences, arranged a jeep for local sightseeing. Overall it was an amazing experience.

This is my booking and experience through Air BNB. Truly appreciate Air BNB and the Host. Host was very helpful due to heavy traffic we reached very late but even late night when we called he responded and guided us. Felt very homely. Truly worth for the price paid. Two suggesstions The house should have a small ups for the lights and fans. Went with my 83 year old mum and during frequent powercuts had to run with the mobile lights. Outside beautiful place for kids to play but as both sides of the house we have farm lands hence snail and leeches were seen. But the host had the powder to eradicate them. This is not a complaint but jus a suggestion. Once again thanking Air BNB and host sijo for the great hospitality. God bless you

My stay at the Mud house in Eucalia was wonderful! The calm and quiet surroundings, peaceful nights with sounds of birds and waterfalls, and scenic village lights made it a perfect getaway. The homely food was delicious and Ashik's hospitality was exceptional. He took us on a lovely morning walk to the nearby farm and was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience in Vattavada Village.

It was a wonderful property. neat clean and absolutely perfect place to spent time in Kerala. Gijo was really helpful, he took care for all the things and ensured that our trip is comfortable, really thankful to him. the property is little far from city but once you reach here you can experience really Kerala. This place by the Offbeat crew is exactly as described. The location is the best, there are a few amazing spots around the property such as a natural pool with amazing lighting at night, an incredible balcony perfect for bird watching all times of day and a few stargazing spots at night. The host is more than happy to sort out lunch and dinner as well as planning lovely offbeat days out such as trekking through the jungle or going to secluded waterfalls, completely alone. It really feels like the surroundings are all yours!

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

We were a family of 20 and had gone to the place with a tempo traveler. There was enough space for parking and extra beds were provided to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Though we couldn’t use the riverside bank dining area due to rain, the ambiance was still magical. Matheww’s hospitality was outstanding—always helpful and smiling. Jasmine’s clear instructions and follow-ups made the entire experience smooth and well-organized. For a nature lover like me, Joy’s place was just perfect! The house is surrounded by trees, making it peaceful and refreshing. It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You get access to most of the villa, except for two locked rooms, but the space is more than sufficient and never felt restrictive. Uncle and Aunty live in the back portion, which was actually reassuring because they were always nearby if we needed anything. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. What truly made this stay special was their warmth and hospitality. Aunty’s food was amazing - she even made North Indian dishes just for us, which made us feel at home. And Uncle was incredibly kind. When I had a minor fall and needed a doctor, he immediately arranged for a checkup and made sure I was okay. Their kindness and generosity made this place more than just accommodation - it truly felt like home. Highly recommended!

The Place was serene. I booked it for one night since it was May I didn't have much expectation of getting rain. But ah hour long shower welcomed us to the property. And this place is so beautiful when it rains. beautiful lawn all around the property makes it so good. I am definitely going back there during monsoon

The host Mr. George was very courteous and made sure we were absolutely comfortable and was very prompt with any query we had . Absolutely recommend for their hospitality and serene lush landscapes

We had a awesome experience at The Pepper Valley, everything was as per the description. Special thanks to caretakers and cook, they made our stay very pleasant and Happy. Only thing to keep in mind is you have to travel a off road patch of 1.5-2 KM from Chellarcovil Ecotourism Park point. SUVs can go easily there. We even crossed this patch at late night and it was safe. Caretakers arranged for Barbeque and Camp fire, breakfast was complimentary, home chef made very tasty North Indian food too. Stay is very beautiful, rooms were nice and clean, beautiful garden and swing too. Top view of mountain from stay which looks surreal. Overall I went there with my entire family of 8 adults and 2 kids and everyone loved and enjoyed the stay, though a bit secluded we never felt unsafe, because of top notch service and help from the staffs. Rejith shared all the details like map, phone number, tourist places and everything before the visit. Loved Thekkady and Kumily. I recommend to book this stay
