Situated just 20 minutes from Des Moines airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Des Moines, you will be able to experience the quiet and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

Thank you for looking at Windy Pines Suite. This spacious one bedroom/one bathroom suite has a large kitchen/living room; and is perfect for travelers. It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. Spotless room, bathroom, and home. Instructions were detailed and specific, which I appreciated. Room was easy to find based on description. I liked having a bathroom to myself. Instructions were provided for how to use the lamps, WiFi, location of usb/plugs. Friendly host; I appreciated being able to park in the driveway instead of on the street, but still, it’s a dead end in a quiet neighborhood so I would have been fine with on street parking too.
