The place is very cozy, it is a very comfortable place to stay. We found parking nearby and the instructions were clear from the start. Yes there are some guests with difficulty climbing stairs, just take into account that it is on a second floor and has a reduced spiral staircase, for us it was no problem. We would definitely stay here again.
