The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. We are on 2 acres and there are over 250 trees that we have planned it there’s plenty of shade there is an outdoor fireplace and several seating areas to read a book or just relax . I am working on a walking trail and there are fruit trees that during the summer are loaded with fruit and ready for your picking and eating
