Great place. Be sure to say blue waters to uber drivers as nobody seems to know how to get there. 15 mins from JBR walking distance. Close to Marina etc.

Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment located in the heart of the Dubai Marina area. Everything was beyond expectations! The location is great – very close to the beach, in this time close to a lot of varied restaurants, cafes and shops, pharmacies, etc. Basically it is located in the Dubai Marina Walk promenade area ( ideal for evening walks). You have everything you need at your fingertips. Near to public transportation. ( Example DMCC metro station) The apartment is very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The design is modern and welcoming and the view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. In the morning you can have coffee on the comfortable sofa in the balcony. The host was extremely kind, attentive and easy to reach. Communication was fast and clear and check in went smoothly. We really appreciated Omar's professionalism and hospitality. THANKS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐( more than Google lets me😉)

Loved the property! It was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The view is amazing, especially at night. The host was friendly and very responsive. The property is also within walking distance to the beach.

An amazing stay loved every moment & exactly as described! Would most definitely stay again! Only a couple of minor things, the kitchen could do with proper mugs for a proper cup of tea as only have espresso “tiny” cups and a toaster would be much better than what’s there! Other than that perfect! :) so for anyone considering BOOK IT!!

The apartment was excellent. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. You are next to Dubai Marina, one of the best areas, and a 5-minute walk to JBR beach. This is the best area of Dubai. The apartment has its own parking lot. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for whatever you need to prepare. Colleb's service was perfect. He always responds quickly, gave us great recommendations and very good service.

It's a very nice apartment located in the beautiful Marina Dubai. It has an outstanding view of Marina. Apartment itself is very clean and exactly as described. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a relaxing time with the whole family, a big plus of the villa is a private beach, the house had everything the host of the house and his team are very responsive. Thank you, we will come again

Great host.. flexible for the check-out time.. Little bit difficult to find location but instructions were given for the same.. There was a housekeeper available for any requests...

We had a nice stay in Fadels House. He helped us with everything. There are no Supermarket around but we ordered by Talabat App. It was fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the bed super comfortable. Thank you Fedal for opening your house for us and the other guests. We appreciate it.

Michael is a superb host, seamless stay, all as described, great communication and super location close to all amenities. Will be back in January 2026 and will use Michael again, highly recommend, professional host.

Perfect stay for a family with young kids like us - the flat has everything you need including cot and high chair, lots of space, kids toys, and being attached to the Anantara resort means access to beach, kids pools, restaurants and the kids club! We have a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. Very nice apartment in a very private area with private beach, pool, gym. Area is nice and calm albeit not a great deal in the area itself but main upside is the facilities and the beach. There is an excellent cafe just below called six which is a great lunch spot. For more interesting restaurants which are dotted around Dubai it is easy to get a taxi or uber. No shops nearby from what I could find but again easy get things delivered. Will stay again next time in Dubai

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

The flat is superb very well maintained . Walking distance to the Sobha metro. Near to JBR . The location the view the rooms everything is great only 1 suggestion they didn't provided any toiletries . But it's not an issue . I would recommend this place whoever is willing to explore Dubai marina .

Every amenity we could possibly need was close by, making our stay incredibly convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!
