i had an amazing time in this loft, so cozy felt like home, and the details is just so beautiful.. Nelly the co-host was so welcoming and made sure that i had an easy check-in and she was more than happy to help with anything, i would definitely come back and i recommend this place to everyone.

Modern furnished and well-equipped accommodation. Air conditioning worked well. Everything you need is available, even a washing machine and microwave oven. Directly at the building is a small supermarket that sells the essentials. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication with the provider was always reliable and responses came after a few minutes. The entrance area was always occupied by staff, who was always very helpful. Very clean and guarded pool, which is unfortunately the only drawback in the shade at noon.

A studio apartment is presented with a combined living and sleeping area. A spacious bed is framed by soft-toned walls, while a comfortable sofa and a small round table set are arranged in the living space. Large windows provide ample natural light and views of the balcony.

Before to checkin in apartment i was little worried that how it will go everything But big thanks for Mr. Fahad who make my stay in apartment very easy and very comfortable Mr. Fahad always reply me quickly and with detailed and true information about apartment and once i checkin after Mr. Fahad’s team man Mr. Mathew helped me for everything about apartment , but i didn’t face any problem regarding apartment, everything was perfect and everything was available in apartment and specially the location of Apartment is super good , just walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Dubai , which is called Jbr beach and also walking distance of Marina lake So you don’t need to take taxi for at least Jbr beach and Marina which is both important tourist places in Dubai I recommend 100% to go with eyes close for stay in Mr. Fahad’s apartment and you will never regret and your payment will worth it Mr. Fahad and Mr. Mathew both are super kind and very helpful person

I booked this apartment for my Grandparents and they loved it !!! I had the chance to see it myself—and it was great! The apartment is very new, super clean, and the view is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect with everything you need nearby—very convenient. Ai Mee was fantastic! She responded quickly and was always available whenever we had questions. Truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend!

The property was lovely, great location and view, the host was super responsive. I would definitely book another stay in this apartment. Some minor things need addressing for example sick in the bathroom was blocked so water took a while to drain, the curtains had come off the track and small damp patch in one of the bathrooms but like I said minor and does not take away from the lovely apartment and I would definitely return. Thank you

Super nice place! It's luxurious and has a very elegant feel. The apartment has a great vibe with subtle Tulum style touches, and the view of the canal is incredibly calming, I could sit on the balcony for hours every night watching the boats go by. The location in the middle of Marina is perfect, very central and also close to the beaches, yet it’s on the more quiet side which is great. Inside the apartment and on the balcony, there's almost no noise, just the relaxing sound of water from the canal. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

Amazing apartment, very peaceful location right on the beach front. The apartment made me feel very at home, would have loved to stay longer. It was quite tricky to invite guests over, so just a heads up to anyone who is hoping to invite a friend over that it's not very straight forward with the security.

An outdoor swimming pool is visible, featuring an infinity edge that blends into the canal. Palm trees provide shade along the edge, while modern buildings rise in the background. A seating area with patio furniture is arranged beside the pool, offering a place to relax.
