Fariz is a great host, even though we were very late for the check in he has waited for us patiently. He is very friendly and very responsive. The house is pristine clean, very well kept. A minimalist design, good for a week or two week stay. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony in the bedroom. If we visit Baku again, we would like to stay at the same place definitely :)

The host is very attentive, responds often and is constantly in touch. It was a pleasure to be and live in this studio.

It was a nice place to stay with easy access to most parts of the city. New building with nice view from balcony.
