Great host, clean apartment (more than others)

Great place to stay with family and friends. It’s a little off center but only a 10 min drive from major attractions. The place is clean, It’s well worth the price. For budget trips, I do recommend this place.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this Airbnb property! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect—close to Nizami street, restaurants/cafes and Baku City seaside national park. The amenities provided, such as kitchen supplies, toiletries, comfortable beds & pillows, high speed Wi-Fi, made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the attention to detail in ensuring the property felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Saida is a great host, very welcoming and hospitable. The house was amazing and very suitable for a big group of friends or family. The surroundings are a bit disappointing and run-down, but inside the house's territory, it is nice and quiet. I recommend renting a car when you stay here. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, and there is also a big grill outside the house.

I can't say enough good words about Elvin and his beautiful house! Elvin is the ultimate host. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable, helped us navigate around town, and supported us from finding everything in the local store to recommending some of the best restaurants we have eaten at! The housekeeping was amazing and did a wonderful job with our laundry and dry cleaning. Elvin also drove us around everywhere and went above and beyond by supporting us at all hours of the day and night. He is kind, and knowledgeable, kept us safe, and was truly amazing to work with. The house was also stunning and each room and kitchen had everything we could possibly need. It's a wonderfully amazing place. I would highly recommend booking Elvin's house!

We had a fantastic stay at this 1 BHK apartment on Nizami Street, Baku. The location is prime, with easy access to all the main attractions. The apartment is clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a European vibe, high ceilings, and excellent heating facilities—perfect for a cozy stay. The balcony was a delightful spot to relax. Bahish's hospitality was exceptional—he picked-up and droped us at the airport even at odd hours, making our trip hassle-free. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like home. Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and memorable experience in Baku!
