At tge first here , smooth checking. Apartment was full equipped with everything I need as person coke in home. the location of the apartment btween tge way to white city, Nizami street, Bakek Street. few meters from Bazar. so many resturants and cafes just walking distance. Recommend the place for all viators.

My stay at this apartment in Baku was truly delightful! The location is incredibly convenient, just steps from the metro, with a quick 20-minute ride to the city center. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It’s remarkably quiet at night, and the bed was super comfortable. The host was exceptionally hospitable and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Ismayil is a very nice person, we were able to check in early in the morning because we arrived in Azerbaijan in the morning, the apartment was nice, neat, spacious and comfortable, I was able to cook freely and rest comfortably.

We had a comfortable stay for 5 days & 4 nights, we are family of 4 with 1 kid, the place is near the old town city, highland park and Nizami street around 5-10 mins walk only. Arif is a great host and available anytime whenever we have queries, we will surely come back again.

Housing is sweet once, but it lacks air-conditioning in rooms and keys for rooms, etc. The villa is sweet and special. We hope to pay attention to sprinklers and water and the problem of the Internet is weak in the area and lacks a spreader in clothes. It is 20minutes away from Nizami Street.

The place is excellent & its my second time coming here with my friends & family. Amazing living room and bedrooms. You can also take the cleaning service which is reasonable and they do an excellent job cleaning it. The overall experience & response time was very very good. I highly recommend this place.

It was a lovely experience given this was my first time in Azerbaijan, Baku. The owner is also bilingual which really helped in communication given that most taxi drivers / people don't speak English. Each time we reached out and he quickly intervened. The compound is very spacious, indeed a family home. I travelled with my toddler and she had enough space to play outside on days that are not very cold. There was even a tree of pomegranate fruits in the compound and we were allowed to harvest and eat. I will highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Baku for tourism, study or vacation, as it meets all these desires.

Perfect place if you want peace and at the same time be near the beach. The house is quite new, well equipped, has fast wifi, large rooms and a private pool. The host lives abroad, but her sister welcomed us. She was really nice and helpful. Recommend downloading Bolt or Yango's two companies we used to get around. Trip to Baku cost 8-14AZN. There are a few good restaurants in nearby. Amburan Beach Club is worth a visit, but there are several public beaches that we think are much better. Baku must visit- incredibly nice town with a lot of history.

Everything was nice. The host was really helpful, we had an amazing week.
