Monthly Rentals in Zufre

El Tejar is a very beautiful and original oasis, a short walk from the village of Zufre. It sits in glorious countryside, with unspoilt, breathtaking views. The house itself is impressive, with plenty of grown up space, and full of interesting artefacts. Above all, it also had a well-loved family feel to it. The garden area and pool is beautifully planted and well-maintained, and there are several outdoor seating areas all of which we enjoyed. Maria was a wonderful host; she was always on hand to provide excellent advice and assistance and she went over and above to ensure we had a very special holiday. We were a party of 10, ranging from age 80 to 15 and every one of us had an amazing time. Aracena was a notable visit both for the grottos and the food [we had a glorious lunch at Puerta 20].

Very clean and nice accommodation. It is definitely a place to consider if you are traveling in the area.

The house is in a small village near several hiking trails. It is a totally quiet area, great for resting but also for walking in nature. Nearby are several villages and cities, all with a lot of heritage to discover and great places for tapas and socializing. The house itself is magnificent, being prepared to receive up to 5 people and in total autonomy (to cook and simply to be). José is indeed a superhost! So we totally recommend it. I leave only the note for those traveling with people with reduced mobility: the house is accessible by car but only if you go in reverse. We ended up not doing it because, in practice, our senior always managed to make the short journey (100m?) from the house to the car, without difficulty and even with joy. :-) We'd like to come back because there's a lot left to see and do. David was available 24 hours a day, he didn't take long to answer and he provided us with routes to be able to do! The only bad thing was that we found the oven quite dirty, but overall the stay was very pleasant and it is a good place to disconnect since there is not much coverage.
