It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.

I had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—modern, super clean, and really cozy. The building is brand new, and the apartment felt very fresh and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Yerevan. It felt very safe and peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed: fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast or a quick meal. It’s ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. The host was friendly, responsive, and made self check-in super easy. I really appreciated their quick replies to my questions.

The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly, politely, and thoroughly to all of my questions, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and worry-free.
