The house has a vintage 60's style, we tried to keep most of the original furniture and have set up new beds, kitchen appliances and all the things that needed to be new. 4 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms help accommodate larger groups or families and we also welcome smaller groups. The house is located in a very nice residential area, the house is very nice, I just think that there are aspects of maintenance that could improve, we expected to see the flowers and vegetation that you see in the photos around the pool, however there is not a single plant. Several areas of the house need to be repainted. The pool is very nice but the water is extremely cold, we could not swim. Otherwise, the house was clean and tidy. It has everything a family needs for a good stay. We had a good time with my family.

This place was even better than described! The location is close to everything yet still private and the home itself is stunning. The beds were comfortable, its clean and just absolutely beautiful. The private pool was so nice and he even gives pool towels. When I make it back to Antigua I absolutely want to stay here again!

The house is located in a very nice condominium, the house is very nice and everything in the description is in the house. The only thing we couldn't find was a broom and a squeegee. We wanted to leave it as clean as possible, but we couldn't leave it clean and the floor for the same reason. Otherwise everything was very nice.

We chose this location as it was close to family. We had access to different areas of Guatemala with reasonable distances. Of course we rented a car and access in and out of the community was easy and when we needed visitor access it was granted rather easily. House was big enough to accommodate 4 adults and 2 toddlers with no issues. Internet was provided along with cable tv which was a plus. Kitchen was big and equipped with the pots/pans and utensils needed to cook. There was access to a washer but no dryer, a small inconvenience if you needed something washed and dried fast. There was a line to hang and dry clothes though, which is what we did. Overall our experience at the house was great. Would definitely stay there again the next time I visit my beautiful county.
