Everything is very good! The facilities are comfortable and pleasant, nice spaces for us and our pets, they were delighted with the grass and access to the beach, necessary elements for them to eat and drink. Maybe just as an observation that there is a sliding gate for the night on the beach and polish the pebbles of the back floor to be able to walk without shoes However, everything was amazing, with the security of returning to the house Many thanks to everyone who supported us (Mrs. Coco was always very kind)

A pleasant stay, a quiet, relaxing, peaceful place, everything is close to the house, the house has everything to have an incredible time, hot water, gas, the pool water is very good, clean towels, 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, garden, in short… we hope to return soon, very good experience.

Very nice place, safe and quiet neighborhood. The best part of the house is the pool, a good size, ideal temperature. 10 out of 10. Overall the house is good, good value for money. I've had other stays here, and I'm not disappointed. They've been making improvements and renovations, which is appreciated. Stay on that route. Some areas of opportunity: a good coffee maker is needed, in the morning it is essential for coffee lovers. The one with the house has already fulfilled its useful life. Overall a very good experience, recommended and I would come back. Mrs. Lupita is very friendly and approachable. Mr. Alejandro was awaiting our arrival.

It's a house in a quiet subdivision. Pretty good if you have a vehicle to get to the beaches, maximum 20 minutes to the main bay. Great cleanliness and tidiness. It has everything you need to feel at home. Virginia was very attentive to our questions and super friendly. I definitely recommend it!

The location was perfect— walking distance from La Ropa beach, and a 20 minute moderate hike to Las Gatas Beach, beautiful views, sunset and surroundings, great dining options and the home has a kitchen with all needed cooking utensils. Host Victor was responsive and the home’s host, Irma, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and offered great local recommendations. One of the highlights of my stay was the pool, daily cleaning, towel service and working A/C in all rooms.

We have been to Ixtapa many times and this has been our best experience. The Monarca complex is the best private resort in Ixtapa. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the complex and grounds are maintained to a very high standard. The bar and pool is very relaxed and well managed, no fighting for chairs. The condo is quite basic, not fancy, but has what you need. The balcony is amazing with views to die for! Carlos our host was very responsive and gracious. We will be back!

An excellent place to rest. Everything is close and it's a very quiet area. You have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, the only drawback I had was the wifi intermittently, but nothing to worry about. I would definitely come back and the host's attention was always helpful and kind.
