Beautiful house, everything to feel relaxed. We really enjoyed the private pool and all its facilities. Reyna and Marcelino were very helpful with us, they were attentive to what we needed, Reyna cooks delicious food. We are definitely planning a return soon. Thank you Maria, for everything!

We have stayed here several times because: The condo area is extremely well kept and the pool is wonderful. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is a working kitchen. The arrangement of the condo is good. The cleaners are excellent. Gladys is very quick to help if needed.

We had a fabulous stay! Lynn was an amazing host. So personable- we felt like we had been friends for years. The pool was amazing and so many great restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in Ixtapa, Mexico, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Having both worked in the hospitality industry, we truly appreciated the exceptional service provided throughout our stay. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests. One tip for fellow travelers: If you're ordering food or drinks at the pool, be aware that gratuity is automatically included on the bill. It’s easy to overlook this detail and accidentally overpay. Of course, feel free to add extra if you’d like to show additional appreciation, but it’s good to know upfront. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed getaway.

Everything was perfect, a stay with the family where we enjoyed ourselves a lot, the villa was very nice, very comfortable and with a great view. The residential development staff, the club and the Chef are first-class. Totally recommended

Claudia (and Claudia) were great hosts. As described, the home is up the hill from playa la ropa so it’s probably smart to have a car. There are taxis available but it’s a hot, sweaty walk up the hill even if you’re fit. The three things that really stand out are the pool, the view, and especially Claudia the housekeeper/cook. She was kind and responsive to our needs. She made a wonderful Mexican breakfast every morning and kept the place clean and tidy. We had a great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at David's condo! Loved the view and space!! We had a few minor glitches but David was VERY quick to respond with help and rectified the situation. Would highly recommend his condo!! Thank you David!

Great hosts and an incredible condo, location and views. Unit is spacious and well done. Balcony is quite large with beautiful views of the pool and beach. Condo staff is great. A great place to stay when exploring Ixtapa and Zihua!!! We will be back!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at Rebecca's place. We had plenty of room, plenty of amenities and the view was perfect. What a treat to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the gorgeous beach view. The location was not only so close to the beach but also a very easy walk to vendors, restaurants, cafes, grocery shopping. The location had nice, pristine pools and a beautifully kept residential area. The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals should we want to. We will definitely be back here!

An excellent place to rest and have a very pleasant vacation. The apartment with all the features offered, furniture, cleanliness and comfort. I totally recommend it, since we liked it enough to want to return again, privacy and good hospitality, very friendly staff and the facilities are up to par.

The apartment is located in an excellent area. Excellent service from Mario and the support staff. A very clean and spacious place. The beach area was clear, unlike the two adjacent hotels, which means that there was some privacy. The service at the pool and restaurant is very, very good. There was no need to go out and look for other places to eat. I will definitely be back, Mario is an excellent host, always attentive to our questions.

Excellent location , bay view and easy cross the trail path to have a ride or jogging , also pool and restaurant inside club by walking 2 minutes , thank you Lilia we will be back

The condo is very nice and in a beautiful complex with a large pool area overlooking the beach. There is a mall area that is a 1.5km walk or use the mini-bus for 12 pesos (the same bus will take you to Zihua for 24 pesos). The bus will stop right outside the condo gate. The mall has many good restaurants, shops and a small supermarket (Merza) for groceries. Ixtapa is much quieter than many Mexican resort towns (no noisy late night clubs) and we enjoyed that. Central Zihua on the bay is about 30 minutes away on the mini-bus (a short walk from the bus stop in Zihua) and there are many good restaurants along pedestrian only streets and beautiful scenery there.

Everything is very good! The facilities are comfortable and pleasant, nice spaces for us and our pets, they were delighted with the grass and access to the beach, necessary elements for them to eat and drink. Maybe just as an observation that there is a sliding gate for the night on the beach and polish the pebbles of the back floor to be able to walk without shoes However, everything was amazing, with the security of returning to the house Many thanks to everyone who supported us (Mrs. Coco was always very kind)

A very nice and family friendly place. Ideal for resting and spending time with family. First-class service, a very nice stay if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and listen to the sea. We'll definitely be back.

The house is the same as in the photos, there are 2 apartments, one upstairs and the other on the ground floor, the sea is in front, they would answer us immediately if we had any questions, we felt we had privacy and were at home, we had rough seas but we still enjoyed it very much, this is another part of Ixtapa that I wanted to get to know, Playa Blanca, very few people, quiet and it is 2 minutes from Barra de Potosi, a beautiful beach. Near Zihuatanejo, we saw the cats, we recommend it, we had dinner at the El Faro restaurant. Everything was super and a 10.

The house is spectacular ! Herminia, Marisol, Leticia and Gerardo great people, very friendly always attentive and above all super friendly It's the house is super quiet and has everything you need ! Herminia cuisine exquisite do not forget to try the fish cella is very rich ! Having the beach a few steps away is a luxury ! We touched incredible days to swim!! And the tennis court is an extra luxury! It is very much enjoyed! Maybe it would only lack lighting to be able to play at night ! But truly Cristóbal and all his team are great people and above all they make you feel at home Thank you for everything !! We had a great time and I would definitely spend my vacation with them again!

The stay at Hacienda La Rusa exceeded our expectations, everything was amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, the rooms are beautiful and the pool is also amazing.

The accommodation is in perfect condition, very easy to get to the beaches. Kohely is very friendly, very attentive. I loved the service she provided us. I highly recommend it as it makes you feel right at home with all the amenities it offers 😊
