A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Our Apart Die Almsünde im Almhütten Style is located in a quiet mountain location in Aschau/ Distelberg. The apartment is located at about 1000 m The ski resorts Hochzillertal- Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are only a few km from our house and can be reached by car. The small, cozy Apart die Almsünde has free Wi-Fi, ski storage room with drying room, car parking!! In winter, winter tires are absolutely necessary!!! In case of snowfall, also snow chains!!!!

Garconniere in Zillertal

We rent our room with kitchen & bathroom, as my brother is studying abroad and it is free a few weeks a year. The 1.60 m wide bed can accommodate 2 people. It is a kitchen for use in the room, a desk offers the opportunity to work. The room is located at 1,000m above sea level (mountain road/ partly snow chains or all-wheel drive in winter, ski bus 300m away) and is great for hiking or skiing holidays.
