Monthly Rentals in Zavala

The place was perfect, beautiful neighborhood, actually nicer than the pictures. We had a great time, Zoran and his wife were friendly and helpful with everything, we had a good conversation with them. I can only recommend this accommodation to groups of friends or families, as I hope we will have the opportunity to come back here as well.🥰

Great place to stay in a very beautiful village. There are gorgeous beaches 10 minutes away by foot and also some nice restaurants. The balcony is just great to relax and look at the view. The host was very nice and helpful.

This is a very special place. Relaxing and beautiful. The apartment itself is comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a restful stay. It was an experience for us too to live in a solar-powered house. It was reassuring to know that there are backup facilities for days with little sunlight. The location is unique and just beautiful -- the view of the ocean, the sound of the waves, the Zavala path and the olive groves. We spent many quiet hours on the secluded beach that is a minute's walk down, had lovely walks with our dog in the mornings, had a nice barbecue with our neighbors, visited the charming towns of the island and enjoyed the terrace and its spectacular view. The genuine hospitality of Pero and Fabijan was an experience in itself. We were warmly welcomed, always got a swift and caring response to our questions and received proactive messages, for example, of traffic notifications that were posted in town only in Croatian. We felt very well looked-after.

Ivana was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable and afforded lovely sea views from the balcony. The area was quiet and peaceful. It was a very enjoyable stay. (Access to Zavala was via a tunnel with height restrictions and an irregular cut through limestone which is tricky for larger vehicles.)
