Ernst is a very good gatsgeber . He responds immediately and always helps. Everything is very well organized. He has arranged the help on site very well. There is always a contact person there. Maybe think about an emergency power unit......The house is located directly on the beach , just a few steps to the sea. Absolutely quiet location. Thank you very much for the nice time there.

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Wow I don’t even know where to start! This was truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in Zanzibar. As an Airbnb property this one completely exceeded my expectations. It offers amazing value for money.I had such a peaceful time watching the sunset and listening to the sound of the waves. As for the kids words can’t even describe it they had the time of their lives, especially enjoying the infinity pool. I only wish we had booked a longer stay, but unfortunately, it was time to head home. I will definitely be coming back to this home away from home. Having visited Zanzibar several times, I can confidently say that it’s hard to find a place like this near town with full AC, reliable WiFi, fully equipped kitchen. We even made lovely breakfasts for the kids. Bonus: it’s just 5 mins from the airport and only 15 mins to Stone Town. Truly worth every penny.And as for Mohammed what a kind gentleman. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I recommend this

Lovely home—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Great location and very comfortable stay. The host was kind and responsive. Only thing I would recommend is a sign because it was pretty hard for the taxi to find us. I’m already planning on coming back next year with my family hopefully this house is available!

Beautiful location on the beach of Kiwengwa in Cairo in front of the sandy tongue. Very well restored house, it keeps the African taste intact with the right comforts . Excellent cuisine nearby and also wanting at home with the good Ramma, as well as a driver also as a cook. I loved the varied landscapes of the tides that created beautiful natural pools. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be back.

Great host. The host deserves to to be ranked as a "Super Host". The host was more than accommodating, He went above and beyond. The home was spotless and right on the ocean, as described. The view was magnificent and breathtaking. We watched the cruise ships sail past the house. Fishermen who fished for crabs often stopped by, as we lounged on the veranda or in the pool, to offer us fresh crabs from the ocean. On arrival, the host provided tropical juices, wine, and water. This was one of the best Airbnb hosts I have encountered. Should I return to Zanzibar, I hope I am lucky enough to stay at the Ocean Bay Villa. I recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Zanzibar.

Cynthia's home was perfect for our family. Home was exactly as what was in the picture. Upstairs area of home was open, bright, and welcoming. Ester rhe housekeeper was very accommodating, what ever we needed, she would make it happen. The clear glistening pool was my getaway spot. The home was in a quiet area, but only a few minutes from shopping, this was the perfect location for us. I would definitely recommend this home.

Fukuchani Inn is wonderful - the staff is pleasant, kind, and very willing to help with whatever you might need. Everyone was friendly and we had a wonderful stay. The Inn is right near the ocean, a quick little walk to a beautiful (albeit rocky) beach, and it's very close (about 15 mins) from Nungwi beach. And the pool is lovely! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Villa and it was perfect for my family, plenty of space and very clean. And of course I have to mention Daisy, the basset hound!! Such a friendly and good girl :) We would love to come back one day - overall, great stay :) Friendly reminder to travelers, Tanzania and Zanzibar often have power outages, and this includes A/C - but they only lasted a few mins each time, and the staff aims to provide as comfortable a stay as possible.

Yolanda is an amazing hostess. My travel companions and I were in a bind because we had issues with our other lodging reservations. Yolanda was able to accommodate our group last minute in her home and made sure we were all comfortable. Her home is beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you could need, the pool and backyard is beautiful, the water is hot and the ac works great. She is also located right in between Blue Safari and Stone Town which was very convenient for the activities we were looking to do without long transits. There are also restaurants and a grocery store within 5 min walking distance. Lastly her cleaning and managing team is very responsive and helpful as well. In short, Yolanda's home is one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in and she's one of the best hostess' I've ever had the pleasure of meeting with. I would recommend her and her place to anyone who is considering booking with her.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Our stay at this beautiful villa exceeded all expectations! The pristine, large pool and stunning property were truly impressive, but what really made our experience unforgettable was Barbara, the amazing host. She went above and beyond, even arranging our airport pick-up and drop-off, making everything so easy. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here – it’s a perfect getaway!

A beautiful Airbnb and amazing host! The hospitality was great and the surprised breakfast being included was a plus. It was a bit hard to find, but once we did we didn’t want to leave! Wished we stayed at this Airbnb longer!

Private, peaceful and quiet! The place is actually much homier feeling than the pictures reflect and very clean. A huge industrial size fan made the outside very enjoyable. Extremely responsive host and manager. Accessible to the beach, but also feels very secure with the guards and gate at the front of the complex. AC, generator, and wifi all worked well and were a lifesaver. The kitchen range was having problems, which we were notified about on check-in, but was very annoying to work with which I am sure they will fix promptly - there was also the upstairs outdoor kitchen to use so not a huge inconvenience. The chef who cooked our dinner did an excellent job. We stayed for 5 nights and it was outstanding. We are already planning to come back.

We loved loved loved our stay at Wakushi house. Rebecca and Amani were so helpful and sweet people to be around and their place is just amazing. It is simply beautiful and very airy which is important on such a hot island. But it was the little details that stood out- fresh flowers, self-colored towels and handmade soap (which you can also purchase as a souvenir). Rebecca was also super helpful to arrange some trips and even took me to her yoga class. This might have been my best Airbnb-find ever!

We stayed at Fumba town for 5 days and the place was brilliant. Thanks to our lovely host and area the place was worth it. Bathroom and rooms looked better than in the picture.

Liked how relaxed and flexible the host was and how cheerful the caretakers were always ready to help out with anything including getting us a ride and a tour guide in Nungwi

We had a great stay at the villa! The place was clean, well appointed, and met all our expectations. We would like to emphasise the kindness of the owners and the helpfulness of the caretaker, who was at all times politely and reliably at the side. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We were a little skeptical due to the latest rather bad review. We then booked anyway, as we were able to check in at very short notice and the price was simply great. What luck: it was definitely the most spacious and comfortable accommodation we had on our tour of Zanzibar👍👍👍 Especially the large living/dining room was pleasantly cool despite the heat and we spent a cozy game night there in heavy rain. This room is the only one in the house that is equipped only with metal mosquito repellent and without window panes. So there is always a pleasant breeze through the many windows. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Zoe was an amazing host and really helpful with providing recommendations on where to eat and what to see on the island. Zoe was also very quick with her responses which made our stay at Zanzibar stress free. The property was spacious, with the showers having good water pressure and the beds being covered in mosquito nets. We had rented a car and we were able to park the car safely inside the gate. Overall we would definitely recommend Zoe as a host and her property as a great place to stay!

Wonderful large airbnb in prime location just few minutes from all needs. One minute from the beach is an understatement as it practically sits at the back door. A perfect stay at Weyni's house in Jambiani. From a family of 7, we enjoyed being in the heart of the village to soak up local life but also to be in a real proximity to the beach. The location is perfect. Weyni is a host who accompanied me and communicated from the time of booking until the end of the stay. She is very responsive and has always responded with kindness to our requests. I sincerely thank Weyni and hope to return to her house for an upcoming stay in Zanzibar so much I enjoyed this island and the people who make it up. I would highly recommend.
